My input would be as follows:Sanctuary staff - first rate. Dont know where you are getting your team, but every interaction is great. They are mature, competent, helpful, intelligent...House - second year we have rented, it has definitely showing the wear. Some examples: The kitchen cabinets need some help one kept coming off the hinge. I repaired as I could but did not have tools. The ice machine on the fridge is not working properly. I emptied it twice, and turned it off as it kept jamming and leaking to the floor. There are nail pops on the floor, we had a foot cut from a young grandchild, I tapped a few down, but likely needs some professional help. Similarly on the floor there are scratches from the chairs. Two chairs did not have rubber grommets on the bottom. I bought some but they are too big. However I wanted something on them. The pots and pans and other cooking stuff need some organization and upgrading. Lots of stuff but all over the place, further need to have fewer nice stuff in the right sizes (e.g. Teflon pans that stick, only one metal spatula). Some other nits but nothing major, love the house, feel bad that some renters are so hard on it. Only thing else to mention is to supply with some better quality toilet paper, and more little things that we did not bring like kitchen supplies, wash detergent, tissue etc.Sorry for the ramble. Great team at sanctuary, Great house we will rent again. some tlc.John
