The house was very centrally located on all the things that we wanted to do. The inside of the house was in great condition. The washer and dryer were new and worked great. The flooring was immaculate. Everything was very neat and clean inside. The artwork by the host throughout the house was very cool and looked nice. However, the outside looked terrible. The yard apparently hadn't been moaned in weeks as the grass was very tall. There was raccoon poop on the step leading up to the deck from the yard. The deck was unusable as there was mold, mildew and green stuff growing every where. The grill was unusable as it was nothing but rust on the inside and filthy on the outside. I would not recommend walking to the lake as there are no sidewalks and traffic in the area drives as though it is a race track.
