気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
My daughter and I arrived at this house with excitement, only to be hit with hundreds of spider webs and spiders crawling down the front door. When I ran into the house, fears of the spiders falling on me. We found the house not clean, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, refrigerator dirty, dust piled in bathroom vents, floors not clean, dog hair and dirt on floors. When expecting the beds, it looked like the sheets were never change and someone had slept in them. Then proceeded out back to find it even worse more cobwebs and the washer and dryer outside plugged into an extension cord. And knobs are missing on the dryer and the top of the dryer completely rusted. Also, the smoke detector was nonexistent in the back of the home. Well we were not staying in this house. Contacted host with no response for hoursContact Vrbo, they put a health and safety report in. Then finally heard back and made all kinds of excuses. I was looking to get money back put of course they would not. Then agreed to give me 1 night refund, which they did not. So we find a hotel for the night. Well they cleaned, but still didn’t trust them and bought new sheets and comforter to be able to sleep. We also bought our own cleaning supplies and scrub the bathroom and sprayed disinfectant all over to be able to stay, since they refused to refund us. It was a horrible experience, do not rent from these people they are not trust worthy at all!!
