Enter the home and walk upstairs to the large open living area on the upper level. An inviting kitchen, wet bar with wine refrigerator and a huge couch to relax on after a long day at the beach will make you feel at home.
Two spacious bedrooms downstairs include a primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom plus walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A second full bathroom on the lower level plus a washer and dryer make staying here a breeze.
Seascape Sur, set on the bluff above the ocean, is beautifully maintained with gardens so lush you would think you were vacationing in the tropics! Koi ponds, turtles, waterfalls and a babbling brook compliment the two swimming pools, two jacuzzis and tennis courts plus pickleball. Beach access stairs are located right at the edge of the property getting you on the sand in no time.
Solana Beach is laid back walking community with the Del Mar Racetrack being only a 15-minute stroll away. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance and dozens more just a short drive away. Cedros Avenue’s fashionable shopping and Sunday's Farmer's Market is a close 10-minute walk away. Close by, on the 101, are many bike shops including bike and surfboard rentals. Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and La Jolla are all an easy drive. The Solana Beach train station is a 10-minute walk so you can ride up to Disneyland or any of the other coastal towns easily and efficiently.
