We are minutes away from Folsom Lake, full of natural beauty and activities for all ages.

This was the first time we used VRBO and it definitely has left a very positive impression on us.The house is very nice and well looked after. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are plenty of stores around for groceries and such. The off street parking was great! If we have business in Sacramento again, we will be looking at staying at the house again.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. This was a great place to stay. It was clean, convenient to downtown Folsom, lots of shops within walking distance and had some basic spices and flavoring so we could do some basic food prep without much trouble. Check in and out were simple. The washers and dryer were big and modern and easy to use. Lots of parking. Great price. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing stay!

I had family coming in from the Midwest and we wouldn’t all fit in my apartment. This location was amazing! The home is spacious, clean, a great game room. Central to some great places on the lake and river, as well as great spots to eat. Host was so kind! Home had everything you could need

Very Cozy

This place was really great! Nice and cozy, fitting my friends and family. Their beds are also super comfortable. Many of us have a hard time falling asleep at new places but here we fell asleep instantly. Overall, super nice place, with a family friendly location. Plenty of parking for our big van we came in.

Perfect for our week

There were six of us coming from all over the state and even outside of California. This house served our needs perfectly and was exactly as advertised. Plan to stay here again next year when our annual event meets again.

We were in town to visit family and needed close proximity to them. This was a perfect location to get to and from Folsom and our family. Not fancy or expensive furniture but clean and comfortable. Good bedding and lots of towels. Lots of games for the kids if needed. Owners were great to work with and responded quickly. Would rent again or recommend.
