Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Rancho Cordova! This cozy, fully private 3-bedroom cottage sits on a quiet, safe street and is perfect for traveling nurses, contractors, small families, or anyone who needs a calm and comfortable place to unwind.

Each bedroom has its own locking door and a personal refrigerator, giving everyone added privacy and convenience. Check-in is easy with a Schlage keyless entry—no keys to keep track of and no coordinating arrival times.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute house very much. The kitchen was great and everything was very clean. The host was very accommodating and thought of everything. Close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Super Cozy and well stocked.. from the kitchen to each bedroom. I came with my Kids age 6, and 9 they both loved that each room had a T.V and mini fridge. They also loved the backyard with the little fish pond. Debbie the host is great.

Everything was as advertised. Pretty large yard for the pups. Host was great with communicating on all fronts. One thing to not if you do have a dog, you do need to go through the garage to get to the backyard, not a big deal but just a heads up! Thanks Debi!

Debi was a very welcoming host! The property was wonderful. Each room of the house was thoughtful and well stocked. Very clean and tidy. It came with everything you would ever need to enjoy your time there as if it were a hotel. Thank you very much for the stay, we will certainly be back next time we visit family!

Hello and welcome! I’m originally from Wimington, Ca but have lived in El Dorado County since 1988, and I’ve always loved meeting new people and sharing experiences. When I’m not hosting, you’ll usually me on one of our beautiful trials with my two dogs, volunteering at my church or at home enjoying arts and crafts, which keeps life fun and full of adventure.

Hosting is special to me because it’s more than just opening my doors—it’s about creating a space where guests feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. I enjoy hearing people’s stories, offering local tips, and making sure every stay is memorable.

Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or just enjoy a change of scenery, I’m excited to share my space with you and help make your visit something you’ll look back on fondly.

What I love most about living in Rancho Cordova is being so close to the American River and all the beautiful trails it offers. Whether it’s walking, biking, or just enjoying the scenery, the river brings a sense of peace and adventure right to my neighborhood.

I chose this home because it’s the best of both worlds—close enough to Sacramento to enjoy the city’s energy, but far enough away to relax in a quieter, more natural setting. Guests often find it’s the perfect spot to recharge while still having easy access to everything the region has to offer.

My home has a cozy, small‑cottage charm that makes every stay feel warm and inviting. The original wood floors add character and history, while the big picture window in the front fills the space with natural light and a welcoming view. The open kitchen area is perfect for gathering, cooking, or simply enjoying the heart of the home.

Step outside, and you’ll find one of my favorite features—the beautiful water feature in the backyard. It creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that guests often say makes them feel instantly at ease. Altogether, these touches make the house a special retreat where comfort and charm come together.
