Feel free to text, call or message us if there is anything you need. Even though we both work full-time, we're available to answer questions during your stay & live nearby if there is anything urgent we need to attend to. We’re most accessible by text.

You'll be right in the heart of downtown Phoenix, within walking distance to the Footprint Center and several dining and shopping options. Walking, public transportation, Waymo, Uber, Lyft, Bird scooters, etc. are all great ways to get around.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire loft.

Shared access is provided to the pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, event room, etc. In our experience these areas are not used often, meaning it's likely you'll have the space to yourself or only see 1-2 people down there at the same time.

Any locked areas (closets, sheds, etc.) are meant to be locked & are inaccessible to guests.

> BATHROOMS: In unit + Basement (Private to the left + Locker room to the right)
> GYM & POOL: Basement, to the right when exiting elevator.
> OFFICE SPACE: Basement (Private to the left + Large meeting room in common area)
> COURTYARD: 2nd Floor to the left when exiting elevator (Available for use between the hours of 7 A.M. and 9 P.M.)

AROUND PHOENIX:
> Valley Metro, Phoenix Transit Bus, Uber, Lyft, Waymo, Rental cars and Scooters are great transportation options.

PARKING:
> Parking is not included, but is available for $100/month.

1. BUILDING CAMERAS: There is 24 hour video surveillance throughout the building for security. They are on, streaming & recording. There are no interior cameras in the unit.

2. THERMOSTAT: Phoenix experiences extreme heat. AC units are rated to keep homes 20-30 degrees cooler than outside temperatures. AC must stay between 69-85. If electricity bill exceeds $250 in a 1 month period, those charges will be the responsibility of the guest.

3. ASSOCIATION RULES & REGULATIONS: Upon booking, you will be provided with a copy of the Association rules and regulations. It is the guests responsibility to review this document thoroughly, ask questions if needed, and adhere to all rules and regulations as outlined.

4. PARKING: Parking is NOT included, but IS available for $100/month. Walking, public transportation, Waymo, Uber, Lyft, Bird scooters, etc. are all great ways to get around.

5. BOOKINGS of 45+ days will require a deposit and monthly cleaning

6. ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees may apply for concierge services, excessive cleaning, damages, pets, early/late check-in, etc.

*We have WIFI for your convenience. If you attempt to disable or remove it in any manner, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the remainder of your reservation without refund.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR GUESTS:

While we strive to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for all our guests, please note that certain circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, internet interruptions, and other utility disruptions, may occasionally occur. Additionally, Arizona's unique desert environment means that the presence of insects and wildlife is common in the region. Although we have not encountered issues with these in the past, we want to inform guests that we do not issue refunds or honor cancellations due to such incidents.
