Cozy, eclectic, and a great location. Huge yard kids loved watching cars on the strip. Right across from the pier and beach. We enjoyed it. So much better than the condo high rise experience

All Worked Out

We arrived and the temperature was a chili 52. The house had no heat. We called Ashley, the Property Management person, and she promptly secured us an upgraded place to stay. Also thanks to Rick, the maintenance person for looking after our needs. The Gaskins

Great location. False advertising

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the location of this property. The people who live above the unit are very friendly and kind. We found the unit clean and cool upon arrival. We booked this property because “laundry” was included in the listing and we packed accordingly. We were a bit inconvenienced to have to leave location in search of local laundrymat (there are options). There were used wet sponges under the sink which was a bit unsanitary. If you’re over 6ft tall you may hit your head on light fixtures. Large guests may have an issue with the small toilet closet. Convert the toilet closet to a stackable washer/dryer and we’d rebook and recommend.

Great little condo, especially for the money. Parking can be confusing (there are meters in the spaces you are supposed to park in but you don’t have to pay - had to ask about this, was not explained ahead of time) The shower head in the bathroom definitely needs to be replaced as there was very little water pressure and was mostly a trickle. The AC was fantastically cold and everything was very clean. Would totally stay here again in the future!
