The shared space has a family room, a dining table and full kitchen. You may access all of the space.

Your private room has a vaulted ceiling and large ensuite private bath. There is plenty of storage with drawers built into the bed frame as well as bed side table drawers and the open closet. The garage is fully finished with an epoxy floor and additional locking storage cabinets. If you are musically inclined, there is a weighted keyboard you may play. The neighborhood is excellent for walking. Calavera Hills Mountain Trail is a short drive away. There is also a park walking distance with new outdoor fitness equipment.

You may access all of the space. Your private room is keypad locked for your added peace of mind. The rest of the home is shared space. There are other professional tenants living in the home. One is your "live-in host" who can answer any questions and concerns and the other is a monthly renter.
