It was a fun area. Good access to the community. Close to our son and family. Traffic in San Diego is a little daunting but we got used to it. Loved the rental. Very homey. You are good hosts.

It was right in downtown Carlsbad and we walked everywhere to restaurants, farmers market and the beach. That’s what we wanted. It was a little noisy at night but that is expected if you stay in downtown.

Cozy home

Tutu’s place was clean, comfortable and very homey. It was close to downtown and to the beach. I enjoyed all the amenities that were offered. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great holiday here. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, we could walk everywhere and Faye was very friendly and easy to work with. We can only recommend this spot and plan to be back again next year!

Fantastic location

Modest accommodation in an ideal location. Short walk to the coast, beach, sunset walks, State Street food and drink. Reserved parking space is a delight, especially during busy times.

Excellent Location

The location of the condo is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. This complex is one of our favorites and we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing few days in Carlsbad!

This place is in the perfect location, close to everything including the beach, coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Just the right size for a couple, full kitchen, very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in Carlsbad village. Other than a grocery store, everything you need is within walking distance. Rental could use a few upgrades in terms of furniture, small appliances, TV, etc., but otherwise everything was fine. No A/C in the unit, but in fairness, was not listed as an amenity which I missed.

Carlsbad Visit

This was the ideal spot for me to stay in Carlsbad - I could walk to anywhere: the beach, local shops, restaurants and live music venues. It was also a wonderful condo in beautiful condition - couldn't have asked for more!!

Great getaway spot in carlsbad for us and our 3yr old. close to beach and everything that's happening in carlsbad. apartment is welll appointed, good layout, and nice circulation with fans and windows.

Easy to locate and reserve. Convenient location best heart if Carlsbad. Clean, beautifully furnished and decorated. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Prompt responses from owner to the few questions we had. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Carlsbad is the best

I rented this place because I wanted to be in the heart of Carlsbad Village. The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to everything. So, as far as location, this place is perfect. The owner did an excellent job communicating with me over a glitch with the portable air conditioning unit. Which we got resolved.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We love this condo complex! This was the property we stayed at when we first visited Carlsbad. We discovered how wonderful a location this is for our walks to the beach, exploring the village, and spending Tutu (Grandparent) time with our young grandson who learned to walk here. After our initial 10 day stay, we decided the Monterey Gage condos was perfect for us, and knew that we would be returning.

Despite its modest square footage, the unit feels spacious because of its open beam ceilings and vented skylight. An added benefit - there's no one above us or below us. This condominium complex provides privacy yet gives easy access to the vibrant Carlsbad community.
