Comfortable and Cozy

We had a great stay. The property manager was very responsive, which was much appreciated. The listing was just as advertised, very clean with a nice comfy bed. I was pleasantly surprised at just how clean the unit was. The walk to the beach was as easy as it gets without being on the beach. Only downside was that it was a pretty small place. The living area was small and the deck was tiny. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We were in town for the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship and wanted something close to the venue. This condo was a short walk away, very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved working with Randy! A small issue came up, which he gave us a bigger room to stay in. It was so nice! The rooms were really clean, everything was great quality. Cozy

Our stay here was wonderful! The space is cozy, but functional. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to eat in. The coffee bar is a nice touch. The king size bed is comfortable. The bathroom has two sinks, which is always a plus, and it is well supplied with several bath and hand towels. The only things it really lacks are an abundance of natural light and a view, but the location is excellent!

Stairs were a pain. No elevator and we were on the top floor

Very nice. The cabnets in the kitchen area were full of dishes so there was no room for food to be stored so we had to leave the food we bought on the kitchen Island.As I said the stairs to the third floor were a b---h.

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel at home. Not only do they provide you with the necessary items that you need during your visit, if you have questions or concerns, just email Mr. Moris and he gets back with you in less than 15 minutes sonetimes, talk about great customer service!! This was my boyfriend and I 1st vacation together and we enjoyed ourselves IMMENSELY! This condo gave us soooo much LIFE and comfort! Being less than 2 minutes from the beach was crrrraaaazy amazing to us! The pictures and descriptions dont do this place justice!!! We have already planned to come back each year, if not MORE!!! Mr. & Mrs. Moris, thank you all soooo much for renting out your beeeeeautiful condos to families and for making vacations like this affordable and extremely nice for visitors out there. This was our 1st time ever visiting Gulf Shores but we guarantee it is NOT the last! I honestly want to be selfish and not tell ANYONE else about this place, but I know that's not fair. Lol! What I will say is this...if you're ever in the mood for a romantic getaway, a break from the kids or even just a short family vacay....THIS is the place to stay! From the extremely comfortable bed, binge watching our favorite shows in the living room or even sitting on the patio having a nice talk and glass of wine...you feel at home at EVERY single turn! I couldn't get enough of this place honestly...I dreaded packing and leaving. The Shrimp Festival was only a 8-10 min walk from us, that was the reason for our visit...and boy was it a good treat!!! Contact Mr. & Mrs. Moris if you come within 15 miles of Gulf Shores and need a place to stay...hotels are soooooooooo overrated (& overpriced)....rent a condo from them! You will NOT be disappointed, I promise!!! Thats what well be doing from this day forward. This is our little secret spot...Book this place ASAP!

Excellent place to stay!

This was our 3rd visit to Gulf Shores but our first staying at this condo. We decided to stay 2 weeks this time and are so happy we picked this place. It felt like home. The other place we stayed felt as if we could never get comfortable. This has plenty of space for everything. Nicely decorated with just about anything you could need. The beach is easily accessible across the street. We had our 6 year old and it was fine crossing the street with everything in tow. The condo even has a few beach chairs for you! The place is very quiet. Everyone here is very friendly. Just mostly families. We did a lot of takeout food from S & S down the street. We ate at Lulus, Shrimp basket, and original steamers. We also ventured out to the USS alabama. That was awesome. We also like to go to orange beach to eat and do shopping. We charted a private boat to fish. That was great too. San Roc Cay is great at helping you find what works for you. Great shops too! Of course the outlet mall is fun. Pensacola beach is just a short drive and a beautiful one. Airforce museum is awesome and free! Fair hope is a cute town. Fun to just walk around and shop and eat. We just love it here! Traveled from Houston area. All the reviews are right- all you need is some beach towels and you are set! I have zero complaints about this place! Just wonderful!! Working with Randy has been so easy. My husband an I already said next time we come here this is the place for us. I personally think waiting on elevators while you're holding all your beach gear is a pain. Here you just leave your door and walk down stairs and your there. Thank you Randy for a GREAT experience. I am recommending this place to my family and friends as well!

Very Clean

Randy keeps his condo unit very clean, and it had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts and dinners for our stay. We really enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Wonderful!

The location is perfect. The condo is great for a small family. Super clean. I would definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the smell of bacon and eggs when you leave the condo ;) (Waffle House is next door)

Beach Vacation

The condo was very clean. The bunks were perfect for kids. We enjoyed the location. It was very easy for our family to get to the beach. It was also conveniently located by restaurants and shopping. Our kids loved their first trip to the beach.

Such a wonderful stay!

The owners take pride in this place as it's very clear to see! When we arrived it was spotless and stocked up with all that we needed and more! The location is perfect right by the market and many restaurants and right by the beautiful beach so we could walk right over and see those gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Also it is reasonably priced! I highly recommend and we would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Wonderful time

Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay in gulf shores at Randy’s place! Cute, updated and very clean. It was conveniently located near most restaurants and the beach. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on location only bc sometimes it was very loud at night which made it difficult for putting kids down for bed. Our sound machine did help cover the noise- bring one if you have littles. Overall it was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Lisa and I thank you all for looking at our website. I’m not sure you can call us a success story but if working very hard to establish ourselves in the vacation market is success then we’ll take it. Both Lisa and I have worked full-time jobs in Mobile, AL while working our beach condo business at nights, weekends and any other time people need us. This really all started very simply for us in realizing a dream of buying a simple, humble condo in Gulf Shores. After going to the beach on vacations most of our lives we finally could say we had our own place to go to. We started renting out our condo and found there were people everywhere that want to come to the beach but were priced-out just like it was for us. Our first condo provided a way to come and not spend thousands to do it.
Lisa and I are the parents of adult children. Our daughter Jill thought so much of her parents that she has given us 2 granddaughters. It has added so much to our lives. We still live in Mobile and wear out I-10 and the Baldwin Beach Express going between Gulf Shores and home. We manage our own condos and help several friends with theirs. We do the majority of all the cleaning so that we can keep close tabs on each property and keep providing that personal touch. We aren’t a large or faceless company. We are people like you. Hard working people. We probably have many of the same problems but many of the same joys that you have. We are family people and connect well with the many families that come to our places here in Gulf Shores.
We really appreciate each and every one of you that take the time to check us out. And we’d love to have you get a sense of what we feel whenever we are at the beach.
