I loved this place! For the price and for the purposes of a little bit of a working stay for me, this was great. Cozy, and about 90 seconds walk to the beach. Easy parking. Clean. I would definitely stay here again for a short little getaway when I need a mental health break.

The condominium was exactly as described and what I needed for the weekend. It was located very close to the beach and a short drive to Orange Beach. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had what I needed for my stay. The bathroom had more than enough towels and the air conditioner was excellent. The host quickly responded to my texts and check-in/check-out was simple. Will certainly stay again upon my next visit to Gulf Shores.

The room was clean and had all of the amenities I needed. Host was also extremely helpful and let me check in early too (10am instead of 4pm). It could very well be the most convenient location in all of Gulf Shores with it being right beside multiple restaurants and just across the street from a public beach

Great find, especially for the location. It was right in the middle of all types of entertainment, restaurants, and a hop right to the beach. Speaking of beach, the host had a great selection of beach items, like umbrella, chair and even a cooler. I will definitely be staying there again, SOON!

I’m glad you had a good time. I like to leave extras for people to have fun with, but you never know when some things get lost. If I could, I would leave a four wheeler.

The AC was extremely cold, which was a great perk since the outside temperature was 78. Perfect for comfort. Excellent location close to The Hangout and Gulf Island Grill, and the host was very responsive to questions. Would recommend.

This property was incredible! Literally 2 mins from public beach access and lots of restaurants and fun things in walking distance. Thomas was awesome! Super responsive at all hours and able to answer any questions. I will absolutely be booking this again! Perfect spot for 1-2 people looking for a nice getaway. The complex was very quiet and well-maintained, and the beach chairs/umbrella/toys were a great addition. The only place on our list we had to drive to was Flora-Bama, which was very easy to get a Lyft to and from. Everything was very clean with extra towels and ammenities, parking was easy, and the AC was incredibly cold for the 100 degree weather. If you don’t want to drive much and want a perfect stay, this is it!

I was born in New Orleans and I have Pretzelboys‘s place in Slidell Louisiana for fishing and I always wanted a place on the beach and this is the best place out here. Location, location, location. If you’re trying to have fun and stay inside all day, you’re doing something wrong.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I picked this place because it is in the center of everything. Park your car and walk everywhere. Dollar General is one block away so you can get essentials. Three minute walk to the beach. Every kind of restaurant you would want is within walking distance and a short drive to OWA waterpark if that’s your thing. With the cell phones today, you can look on there and find everything. And on your drive-in, you can stop at Buckee’s on I-10. Everyone I’ve spoken to here has been extremely nice. The city has a lot of rules posted to keep the riffraff out. I’ve never noticed them being hard on anyone though. So that makes it a nice place to have fun.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Location, location location. I just acquired the place last month.I tried to make my place as nice as I can. I will continue to try to upgrade to make it the best place in town. If you noticed my other listing, you can tell I take pride in my place. I have it because I want to be there. I rent it to try to pay the bills, but the place is mainly for me to have fun. So I want it to be nice for you and for me..
