Upon entering the front door, there is an immediate staircase leading to the main level. This is a 3 story home with three flights of stairs you must climb in order to get to the bedroom level on the top floor. We have properly disclosed the stairs, and we do not offer same-day refunds because a member of your party is unable to climb the stairs.

AC/FAN:
While the property does not have air conditioning, it features a whole house fan that efficiently cools the space. Please make sure to open all windows prior to using the fan.

PET POLICY:
While we adore animals, we have a no-pets policy to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests

SECURITY:
For your peace of mind, there is an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance. There are no other cameras inside the house or anywhere that would affect your privacy.
