Close to everything

Great location. Property description is spot on. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, pots, and utensils. Easy access to the beach right across the street. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Parking on-site and a short drive to many attractions. The pool isnt huge but there was always room to sit and room for swimming.

Beautiful view

The condo was fantastic! Well appointed and quite spacious. The view of the bay from the balcony was exquisite. Plus a short walk across the street to the beach made this a wonderful stay. The only draw back is that there were only a couple of restaurants open within a reasonable walking distance ( 1 mile).

Great location, but needs serious cleaning

Positives: location is 20 min walk to John's Pass, 20 min walk to Cambria roof top. Ceiling fans and tvs in bith bedrooms and living area. Bicmx fan in guest bed helps drowned out riad noise. George Foreman grill in pantry was nice. Morning sun off bbalcony. Fairky quiet in living and master bedroom. Overall we liked tge amenities and location. Cins: Floors are fikthy, white grout is black in traffic areas. Toulets had black staining under the bowl rim. Refrigerator handkes had food on the back side. Blue chair arns were bkack with grime. Red throw pillows were stained black in guest bedroom. Only one garbage bag for two week stay and onky two dishwasher tabs. If it were ckeaned properly it woukd definitely be 5 star, but it desperately needs a thorough ckeaning.

Vacation

We love the view and the proximity to the beach. It is always relaxing in these condos. They are a perfect size and are very well equipped for all our needs. We enjoy staying here every year in June.

Would stay here again!

The room had a beautiful view of the sound just like the photo. The towels were thirsty and the bedding soft and comfy. It was a short walk to the beach public access and had two nice restaurants in the same building as the condo. Shopping and restaurants were a short drive away too. Communication was fast and friendly.

We stayed at this property before and we love the location. Close to the beach, restaurants and activities. The accommodations were spacious.

Nice place with a very good view!

Everything was as described. A nice location and enjoyable. Breakfast and lunch were available on site. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would request is an upgrade for the soap, shampoo and conditioner. We would definitely consider it again!

Great place. Easy access. Good communication. I had all the info I needed well ahead of arrival and even received an added text before arrival just to make sure I didn't have any last minutes questions. When I did have a question upon arrival, I received a response to my text almost immediately. Walking distance to the beach, easy parking, and it's nice building. I'd recommend it and will keep it in mind for return trips to the area.

Family vacation

I took my kids for a family vacation and was very pleased with this condo. Kitchen was stocked well with items needed for cooking. The balcony was perfect for watching sunrises and it was a short walk across to the beach! Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. No issues and itrip was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Would definitely go back!

Enjoyed our stay

This was a great vacation for me and my 15 year old grandson. I loved the short walk to the beach and my grandson loved fishing from the dock. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook,however so many close restaurants, we ate out mostly. Condo was clean, I would definitely stay here again.

Empty nester get away

LOVE the location, perfect walking distance to John’s Pass, numerous restaurants, the public beach access is just across the road. Unfortunately we had a few issues with the cleanliness of the condo. The towels were rough, dingy and stained, and when we were ready for bed, the sheets did not appear to have been changed between guests. The bed sheets and comforter had stains, and there was dirt on the sheets at the foot of the bed. One bathroom toilet had black spots and and ring under the lid, the baseboards were quite dirty. There was a small hole in the wall in the living room also. Towels were better after I washed them, and we bought some to have while there. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with our own sheets and blankets while there. When Management did a check in with us, I explained the issues. They offered to send a cleaning crew to help fix the situation, but we had already been there a couple of days by then. I did state that last year’s stay in a different condo had been amazing and very clean, and for the fees we had to pay for cleaning this time, the job didn’t seem to be getting done. There was a comment about trying to refund some of our cleaning fee, but never received notice about any refund. We also met one of the managers downstairs one day, he asked how our stay was, and I shared with him our issues. He was very receptive to the conversation. Because of their promptness and willingness to rectify the situation, we would love to stay again.

Location Location Location!

Family of four adults fit very comfortably! This condo has everything you need. View is of the canal and the pool below you, across the street from the parking area is a direct entrance to the beach. There is a coffee shop at the bottom that serves crazy good drinks and food for breakfast and lunch. Super easy/clear directions to check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with a great view!

Very cute place with a beautiful view of sunrise over the marina. Great location with so many good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Dirty toilets

Maybe this is overly picky but the toilets all had thick black mold rings around the rim. The master bath floor had a lot of mold on the blobs of messy caulking. Perhaps the property owner has no idea. The one plus was the coffee/breakfast shop literally right outside the elevators. My husband booked it-I won’t return.

Great location with lots of restaurants and bars with live music within walking distance.

The property manager was very responsive every time I reached out. The unit had everything we needed and expected including beach chairs and a cooler. Easy access but safe. My only criticism would be of the mattresses. They are old and should be replaced. It felt like we slept on cardboard. Time for new ones for sure.
