Thank You! For being our guest, we strive to provide, clean, affordable, and well maintained properties to all of our guest. The location of this property is a huge plus since it is centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, with super easy beach access (not a lot of stairs), and close to shopping and dining, you can walk or bike to a lot f the shops, and dining areas. Also very close to the grocery store (approximately) two miles. Again Than You, for being our guest.

Thank you for your review, we are glad that you enjoyed your stray. We checked the property, did not detect any odor other than the Lantana that is growing in the island area outside. The dining table seems fine it is fairly new as is the sofa. We did call the guest to follow up,

As anyone can see from the reviews, this review is bogus. This person that left the review, should not be renting any property anywhere. Guest called to cancel her original reservation . She became very rude and belligerent when she was told that she could move her dates, but she would not receive a refund as she is under the 60 day cancellation policy (which she signed). She called again to moved her dates expecting to pay the lower rent rate for the September dates that she chose. When told no, that was not the case, that she would be paying the same rate as her original booking, she became angry again, saying that what we were doing was illegal (it is not), I changed her dates as she had requested. She called again on saying that she wanted to cancel her reservation and that she had been told by the chamber and TDC that we had to refund her money. She also said that all the beaches were closed, which is incorrect, they cannot close a private beach. When I began reading the email that we received that stated that their beach (private) and their pool was open, she began raising her voice and and started cursing. She was advised not to threaten us, that he would report her to the Sheriff's office.
