Welcome to One Seagrove Place 1308, a luxurious retreat on the beautiful 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

Located on the 13th floor of the complex, this stunning condo offers unobstructed Gulf views from your private balcony, where you can savor breathtaking sunsets and gentle salty breezes.

Great Stay

Check in was seamless! Great location and views, walking distance to all shops and restaurants and seaside only 10 min away. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon!!

Everything was great and as advertised. The only issues we had were A) the code for the door did not work upon arrival, the call center was very helpful and after several attempts we got a new one. It's really difficult to communicate when the live band was jamming directly across the street. B) we arrived later in the evening so nobody was at thr front desk to provide a parking pass. The next morning we had the tow warning on our windshield. Maybe there's a better way?

While we’re happy our call center team was able to assist and get things resolved, we understand how frustrating that initial delay must have been especially with the added challenge of noise nearby. Regarding the parking issue this is managed and maintained by the Homeowners Association at the property and as such Southern has no control over this issue. Excellent location

This location is excellent. One can see the entire beach. From Seaside to Alice Beach Unit was really well stocked. Very nice kitchen Very clean. Beach was steps away. Only issue it’s just so expensive to stay here.

Quick getaway

We spent 3 nights here. Condo is on the 13th floor with a great view of the ocean. We could see wildlife swimming in the ocean. The unit itself had all the essentials, we didn't use the kitchen at all but it was well-equipped.

Stylish Beachfront Getaway!

The renovated condo looks just like the photos! The unit was clean, had a modern colorful interior, fab kitchen, and a great location. Balcony had 180-degree of stunning ocean views! We highly recommend this unit. We will be back next summer!

This condo is definitely plush….too plush for a beach condo! Living room furniture all velvet, dining chairs velvet, white couch, tons of “stuff” everywhere. Definitely not a condo for any family with children of any age. Deck crowded with too much furniture. Everything was definitely beautiful, but not comfortable. Would not stay there again. Excellent view and location.

Lovely stay

It was a very beautiful place and had almost everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. It would’ve been great to have a few more coffee pods that were not flavored. I could never get on the WiFi with my computer but it worked on my phone. Overall highly recommend this spot ! The sunset on the balcony is amazing ! It also had only one working elevator for 21 floors, which was a bit tough at times, but we made it work

2024 Seagrove

Southern Vacation Rentals is not great at communicating. Hard to call them on the phone and poor website for portal. Overall, the property is pretty good. In my opinion, Southern is likely busy or understaffed and not very customer focused.

Wow! Amazing!

Wow!! This place was amazing all the way around. Booking- easy. Communication- easy. Unit- phenomenal!!! I have stayed at a lot of different types of properties around the world and this place tops my list. It was beautiful! It was super clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. The beach was gorgeous and very private. The balcony was our favorite. My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary here and shot a music video on the beach @bigmaster on IG. It was perfect. The local restaurants were great also. Love this place! I would highly recommend. I look forward to returning very soon!

Was disappointed with the washer/dryer unit

The washer/ dryer unit was not effective….took meat too long and ruined some clothing. Bottom drawer of oven was jammed so we didn’t have a baking sheet

The condo was exactly as described, it was right on the beach and that beach was not very busy at all. Be prepared to pay for parking at the condo, I thought I saw 1 parking spot was included but obviously I read that wrong. The decor in the condo is very modern and great. Unfortunately the place wasn’t as clean as expected. I did talk to the people that run it and they offered to come clean right away, but we just took care of it ourselves. The people the owners pay to rent it are great and very responsive. The front desk was always so helpful and kind!

Great view and everything we needed was available. The property is managed well and they are very responsive. I missed the notice that only a Keurig coffee maker was in the unit, but we made do going to a great coffee shop almost in the parking lot. We will rent this unit again.
