There was much confusion checking in because we were given the wrong address which caused us and the current residents much anxiety. I was disappointed because the listing said it had a hot tub which was one requirement. But when I mentioned it, it magically disappeared. I was disappointed that we didnt get one sliver of sun on the oceanside patio the whole 30 days there. Also didnt like the way we were pressed to show the place while we were there, also without 24 hr notice. Surprised that we had to take steps to the first floor, although our room was on the second which included another flight we knew existed. Pool was ice cold until april. The laundry was nice, but after using it, we couldnt just add a few dollars or combine cards. Location was nice right across from the beach and close to many restaurants and towns. Only a 20 min drive to Daytona Beach. We actually took a trip to see the shuttle launch on the first. It was very windy most days, but probably natural for this time of year

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beachfront location, nearby restaurants, and exploring the area during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the initial check-in address error and understand how stressful that must have been. We appreciate your patience while we corrected it quickly. To clarify, this property has never been advertised as having a hot tub during the many years we have managed it, so we regret any misunderstanding regarding that expectation. The community pool is also not advertised as heated, and water temperatures naturally vary depending on the season and weather. Regarding showings, the rental agreement does allow for reasonable access requests during a listed sale period. However, we always try to minimize disruption to our guests, and in this case we chose not to proceed with two requested showings during your stay. The listing also notes the steps from the parking area to the elevator so guests can plan accordingly. We appreciate all guest feedback, and we are sorry certain aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations. We do our best to provide accurate listing details and responsive service so guests can enjoy their time at the beach.

Aspen’s first birthday!

Family members flew into Orlando for a 3 night stay for an infant’s first birthday. VRBO allowed us to stay in one place, entertain a small group, make meals. The accommodations fit the bill perfectly.

Great location just outside the busy part of the restaurants. Comfortable, great view , close to beach , fabulous pool. Wish there had been laundry facility but all good.
