Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this stunning 6th-floor condo at Nautilus, where the Atlantic stretches endlessly before you. Relax on the spacious wrap-around balcony and feel the gentle sea breeze as you watch sailboats drift by, listen to waves rolling onto the shore, and soak in peaceful coastal mornings or vibrant sunsets over the water. If you’re seeking a quiet, comfortable retreat by the beach at an unbeatable value, this is the perfect spot.



This residential building is popular with long-term residents, and only a few units are available for vacation rentals. Please note that you will be staying in a private community, not a hotel, offering a serene, resort-style experience.



Inside, the unit has been recently updated with modern touches throughout. The master bathroom was updated in April 2023, and new furniture graces the living room, dining area, and bedrooms. Enjoy new linens, decor, room-darkening blinds, and outdoor furniture—everything designed for comfort, style, and a relaxing stay.



Pet-Friendly: This condo allows up to two dogs under 30 pounds (no cats), which must be housebroken. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Any pets over the limit require prior approval. All guests with pets must complete the required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival.

Anniversary week

Flagler has been our escape destination for years and this is our first stay at Nautilus. Our condo was clean and very well furnished. The view was amazing and the owners attention to details was excellent. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

This condo has a specular view of the ocean and right across the street from the beach. The condo itself is very nice and has modern furniture, etc.. Itrip Flager Beach was fantastic to work with...can't say enough good things about them!!

The condo has an amazing ocean view — you can even see it while lying in bed! The balcony is large and perfect for relaxing. The only downside was a neighbor from the 5th floor watching us with binoculars, which was uncomfortable and kept us from using the balcony. Otherwise, the apartment was excellent: fully stocked with kitchenware, cleaning, and laundry supplies. AC worked great. A perfect place for a peaceful family getaway!

Nautilus Condo

This was our third stay at this condo. We stay there when we visit family members. We return to this unit because of how well it’s maintained. It is always clean, well-stocked and very well-organized in the kitchen in cupboards and drawers. It has a beautiful ocean view and a furnished wrap-around deck. The only drawback is the view of the abandoned buildings on the nearby property, but that is not the fault of the condo owners.

Home Away from Home

This condo has everything you need and want. It is in a perfect location. You get to see the sunrise and the sunset. The residents are friendly and the building is clean and well maintained. If you want to walk, you have the beach but you are just a few miles from Bulow State Park where you can walk for miles. You are situated between Daytona and St. Augustine so there is something to do every day.

Great Value!

If you are looking for a place to get away that has the views, the location, and won't break the bank this is the place for you! The Floorplan is great! The views are awesome! And it has everything you need right there in the unit. Highly suggest if you need a place on a budget and want to feel like you are getting more than you are paying for. Everyone in the building was also very nice and kept the building clean!

A most amazing unit, everything exactly as advertised. Morning and evening on the balcony was beautiful. Exactly what we needed. Valarie is a great host, with excellent communication skills. Thanks Valarie. Hopefully we left the unit ready to rent (well, almost).

Getaway Trip

Overall the property was good. Due to heavy rains and window issues, there was standing water in the dining area and one bedroom when we arrived. Property managers sent someone out to seal the gaps the following morning. Views are great in the morning and evening….upgrades to condo are very nice. A couple of additional comments…hallways in building feel like church rectory, property could use hot tub and one shower has hit/cold backwards so was shocking the first morning.

Fix Check-in Process

This property has a nice location with ocean and intracoastal views. Property was very clean and well stocked. I would have given the property 5 stars except for the check-in process. I followed procedures to check in after 4 which in my case was about 4:30. I dialed the code, but no one responded. This went on for about an hour with no response. Eventually after approaching several residents, one finally let me in condo building and I then proceeded to enter code at the rental unit. It is totally unacceptable that the check-in process is dependent upon the rental agent waiting for an automated call and not being available.
