The Neighborhood:

The Sandy Ridge Community located in Davenport, Florida provides easy access to all of the major attractions that Orlando has to offer in Polk County. You will be 15-25 minutes from Walt Disney World and have close access to SeaWorld and Universal Studios.



Getting Around:

Car rental is widely regarded as the most convenient and cost-effective option for getting around.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.



Additional Services:

(Pool and hot tub services are currently unavailable until further notice)• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per night, per service, or $60 per night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. • We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
