The house sleeps 10 and by the time the 3rd person took a shower-there was no hot water. The house good use a good cleaning and a heated pool would have been nice. Location was great though

The spa needs work. Broken tiles and dangerous. On of the kids got hurt. The trash can had a raccoon living in it and destroyed the garbage that was already in it when we arrived. Garbage all over the yard. The pool was green and pump wasn’t working. The bathroom upstairs had pee on the walls. Bathroom downstairs stunk so bad that we had to go get spray for the smell. This place needs a ton of work done. Should be updated for sure.

Thank you for your feedback. We have addressed the concerns regarding the spa and pool equipment with our maintenance team to ensure all amenities are in good working order and safe for guest use. Our pool technician is also performing a thorough inspection to ensure the water chemistry and pump are up to our high standards. We have followed up with our cleaning team regarding the bathrooms and the outdoor trash to ensure our cleanliness protocols are strictly followed. While we do our best to maintain the exterior, we will look into more secure waste solutions to prevent local wildlife from affecting the yard. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can work to improve our guest experience.

Great comfortable home near everything you need!

Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely home. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Location is great for the Theme parks, local shopping and sports fields. (North East Regional Park). Very comfortable stay, large rooms, kitchen and bonus of a pool. Quiet neighborhood too. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Host was very helpful and answered any questions right away.

The host was great! He was helpful and communicated with me in a timely manner. kitchen had everything we needed. I did not cook on this trip, but there were disposable plates, napkins and forks that we used. Also bottle openers, seasonings and ice trays. There was even a Coleman cooler that came in handy on our beach day so we could keep our beverages and sandwiches cool.There were plenty of linens for all of the beds and baths as well as laundry detergent so we could travel home with clean clothes. The pool was clean but the weather just did not allow us the opportunity to take advantage of it. This is a beautiful community and home, but seemed like an eternity away from the city. We only had two complaints about the house: several of the windows' vertical blinds were missing pieces especially in the bottom floor bedroom and living room. Luckily there is no other home behind this one, so it was not a big deal. The closet door in the girls' bedroom on the bottom floor was off the track but we didn't use it so that was also not a problem. We would absolutely stay here again.

From the owner: “Glad to hear that you enjoyed the house. -I’m sorry to hear that the location felt farther from the city than expected. We do have many fast and sit-down restaurants within a short drive. There is also a Walmart and Lowe’s a short drive away, as well as a couple of grocery stores and gas stations close by. -We appreciate you bringing the blinds and the closet door in the girls’ bedroom to our attention, and we will have those addressed. The property sits on a corner lot with no houses to the right of the house and no houses behind, so we feel like the property is pretty private, considering it’s in a gated community. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.”

There were roaches all throughout the house and kitchen area. We felt like they were in our bags and we actually left earlier than check out because we were disgusted. We also had people who were sensitive to certain things. We gave pictures of everything!
