Step into the charm of a private 1926 English Tudor Home nestled in the heart of the Hancock Park area of LA. This warm and inviting space offers an ideal setting for relaxation and productivity, making it the perfect alternative to a hotel. With its timeless appeal, top-notch amenities, and accommodations suitable for families and pets, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
It features hardwood floors, central air and heat, a living room with a piano and wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen, a formal dining room, a media room, a washer and dryer, a king ensuite bedroom, queen and full guest bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a private detached office with a kitchenette. The home is perfect if traveling with children, with a playroom nook stocked with books and games. This private and fully gated property also offers driveway parking for two, along with free street parking. It is fully fenced, gated, and private, with outdoor seating and a fire pit.
PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/£500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee ($950 for mid-stay & checkout cleanings) is included in reservation total. Any stays over initial 30-day period will require bi-weekly cleanings. Cleanings will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and payment will be requested through the Resolution Center on platform.
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
