This recently completed, beautifully furnished, , modern 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, Villa is close to the most popular restaurants and shopping in LA. Private and quiet, this home has an open floor plan, large gallery, double height ceilings and an amazing outdoor entertainment area with a pool, hot tub, fire features, and outdoor kitchen and cabana including a great seating area with large screen TV. It is well equipped and well stocked with amenities.

Beautiful property! We didn’t want to leave.

The property is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the entire LA area as it’s super close to everything. We were only a few miles from the LACC as we attended the US Open so it was great and also close to Melrose and Beverly Hills for shopping/dining. We also had our own “family” dinner at home since the property was so amazing. Great for entertaining! Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Equipped with top of the line finishes, this architecturally distinctive home is a wonderful example of style and functionality. On the 2nd floor, each bedroom has an outdoor terrace to enjoy views of the Hollywood hills and the Hollywood sign. The master suite include a double sided fireplace and spa style bathroom.

It’s important to note, noise travels and respect for our neighbors quiet enjoyment is important. Music must remain indoors after 10pm til morning and at a reasonable level outdoors during the daytime Neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it’s crucial that everything is at a reasonable and respectful level at all times. We can’t have complaints of loud music, guests being loud while entering/leaving the property in the street, or people hanging out by the pool being too loud. It’s important to be mindful of this while booking.

Also, any gathering of over 10 people isn’t allowed unless cleared prior to check in.
Optional pool & spa heating available: $85 per day.
