This condo in Corpus Christi offers two cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. This unit has one bathroom with a walking shower, beautiful natural stone and glass mosaics tiles (Designed by Vienna). The bathroom looks very relaxed with a unique design that can transport your self into a classic style to a hippie bohemian! The floors has its unique style to embraces the aesthetics of the modern and contemporary art design around the mirror! With classic wood ceiling addition to evoke a sense of balance! We also have hair dryers for your convenience. The amenities: AC, Washer and dryer, Iron board and iron, WiFi, full kitchen with new appliances. And a free parking for your convenience…Our guests will be able to relax and unwind in this peaceful retreat. We are completely sure that you and your family will make fantastic memories by staying in this beautiful just renovated condo!

The paint colors of the Bohemian style is on the first floor. It has a living room where you can enjoy a movie or relax after a long day. Just Across the street you can enjoy Cole Park and the new Cole pier. This home has a French old design it will make you feel comfortable, welcoming and secure. It is very well located. You can walk to Christus Sphon Hospital, Restaurants: Luciano’s Italian food, Water Street Sea Food and El Camino For Mexican Food… Find yourself within easy reach of amazing local attractions, including McGee Beach:

This property is amazing! The location is perfect access to all things with an incredible view. The amenities were perfect. The host was awesome. She provided the information so simply and professional. No room for error! This place is worth it all!

Although the condo was very beautifully decorated we found a few things less than desirable for us. Upon our arrival we were unable to connect to the internet and there was no free tv programming unless we wanted to log in to a paid service. These issues were addressed promptly by the host and were greatly appreciated.First, the noise level from the condo above was extremely loud. An alarm could be heard every morning at 5:30, stepping/running, music, tv, etc. throughout the day/ night. Also, the traffic from Ocean Dr. was loud. Secondly, the mattresses were extremely soft to us. Perhaps not an issue for a couple of nights, but for an extended stay, as ours was, our bodies felt it and we were unable to get good, deep rest & woke up stiff. The host promptly responded to all text messages and questions we had.

Our property has been renovated in a beautiful way! The location is perfect and the house is beautiful, Clean, and has lots of stories to show
It has a story to tell! The property was remodeled with so much more love and attention to detail.
The cute little story about Under the sea:
I took my grand daughter Camila she was 3 years old and I told her that this apartment name was Under the Sea… she said Tita if is under the sea where is the mermaid? That is the reason we have a mermaid decoration at the guest bedroom behind the bed!
I hope you guys enjoy every detail at Under the Sea!
