- Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every year for maintenance during November 1st -March 1st. This may effect the water level at this property and the ability fish and/or swim around the property.

- Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras located at the front of the house. There are absolutely no cameras in the interior of the home.
