Artfully remodeled and curated by published designer, special features include a stylish sunken living room and open concept living area with twenty-foot beamed ceilings. Relax inside with AC and ceiling fans in every room, including in the main living area so you can let the ocean air in or cool down in comfort. This solar powered home also has 2 Tesla batteries in case of a power outage.

Gourmet Kitchen features Stainless Steel Wolf Appliances including double oven, 6 burner gas range cooktop, warming oven/microwave and Sub-Zero Refrigerator. Fully equipped with blender, rice cooker, chopper, toaster, and cast iron, as well as utensils, cooking oil and spices for a cook’s delight. Wake up with a latte with a Gevi espresso machine, coffee grinder and gourmet coffee as you enjoy the island sunrise from the deck, while the island birds and breeze delight your senses.

Separate Primary suite and guest wing connected by the open central living area offering a total of 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms. All three full size bedrooms feature California King beds with 525+ thread count cotton sheets and premium bedding, hotel robes and spa towels. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, the third full bathroom features Moroccan tile and glass walled shower for all to enjoy. Luxury top of the line custom lighting, hardware, tiling & finishes throughout.

IPE deck with BBQ and lounging area help you make the most of indoor-outdoor island living set along the open space of the former Princeville Golf Course. Spa heat is included in rental rate, pool heating is additional $200/day.

Boogie boards, basic surfboards, paddleboard, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach wagon, basically everything you need to enjoy your North Shore vacation. Take a walk on the former Woods Golf Course – now open space – or bike through Princeville to Queens bath or Sea Lodge Beach.
