OCEANFRONT 1Br - Myrtle Beach

Amazing!

The process from A to Z was awesome! The place was clean and the view was amazing! Beach access 1 min away, the pool was clean. We would stay there again! We contacted him several times for simple things and he was quick to respond. The only thing was the garage ..narrow but once u do it several times it is not too bad! I would definitely give it 5 🌟!

Somewhat misleading

First the positive: beautiful oceanfront view and owner was very quick to respond while there. The parking situation is not bad…it’s atrocious. Description states “updated” but the building and unit is very old, not in great condition.

Hi Wanda, thanks for your review--we'd like to chat with you further about this. I know you had trouble parking and we made every effort to help you find the entrance, retrieve parking passes, and get settled. It is a tight squeeze, but we are happy to provide the free covered parking option to our guests.

Beach Getaway

Wonderful experience! We would stay here again. The condo could have been cleaner. We cleaned it before we could relax and enjoy it, but once it was cleaned it was great!

Good, but A/C not so.

Sadly we had to leave only after 3 days after we got there. Family emergency back home. The air cond. in condo was not good. It ran but rooms were barely comfortable. A/C needs work!

Thank you Dane and Sandy for staying with us! I am glad we were able to accommodate your family emergency, and I hope that everything is ok back home. We appreciate your review and had the air conditioner tuned-up as soon as possible. Happily, it has been working great since! While I hoped that the quick repairs and flexibility during your reservation would earn a more favorable review, I completely understand! For any future renters doing your due-diligence, please let us know THE MOMENT something does not seem to be working. While things do happen, I will do my absolute best 24/7 to make your vacation worth 5 STARS! It's my home, and I know you expect everything to be great, just as I would :) Best wishes, and I hope we can host you again some time. Richard

Great view! Responsive Owner!

Richard was incredibly responsive to my few questions. The condo is great and the view is exceptional! When not on the beach, I spent all my time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.

Perfect getaway for anyone.

This property has it all, from a full kitchen to a bed fit for a king. The balcony is my favorite spot to sit and unwind after a day on the beach just hearing the ocean at night was worth every penny. I would recommend this property to anyone I know. Hope this review helps. 10/10 would stay again and again.

Quiet location

Our recent monthly stay was great. The oceanfront quiet location was what we were looking for although grocery and restaurant were at walking distance. The owner was quickly and easy to reach.

Great beach & great location.

You are looking for a clean and a comfortable unit with a direct and beautifull view of the sea? You are looking for an owner attentive to your needs and quickly available if needed? Do not hesitate, do business with Richard for your next stay in Myrtle Beach. Our arrival coincided with the approach of Hurricane Matthew. Richard emailed us about weather in Myrtle Beach and advised us to delay our arrival in order to permit us to have a safe arrival at his condo. We greatly appreciated this attention from Richard.

Great Vacation Spot!

My fiance and I had a great time in Myrtle Beach! The condo was just as described, beautifully decorated, and that view was breathtaking! Richard was very helpful through everything and easily reached when we had questions. This condo and Myrtle Beach will always be special to us as we got engaged on this trip. Overall a great place to stay!

Best view ever!! Don't skip this one

This property is a gem!! Richard was such a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and understanding. The open floor plan is wonderful. Plenty room and space in the living room. And I loved that the bedroom was connected to the bathroom. Only thing I found displeasing was the guest before me did not sweep or wipe anything down in the kitchen and there was no iron and ironing board. Other than those two problems, this was an excellent propery. Will stay again.

Peaceful getaway with a wonderful view!

This condo was great! Thank you so much for letting us stay! Everything was comfortable and quiet, except for a bunch next door screaming throughout the mornings. Having a kitchen with everything we needed was a huge help for those nights we cooked in. One suggestion would be a toaster for the kitchen, that would help :) Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and the owner was very responsive throughout this wonderful vacation! Thank you so much and we will see you again next year! P.S. The view is the best thing about the condo. It is incredibly beautiful!

We loved the condo! Amazing view of the ocean! Everything was perfect!

The condo was perfect for us! We absolutely loved staying there! This was my first time to the ocean, and our first time to Myrtle. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. We miss it already! Definitely will be back next year for sure! Thanks so much!

Great view and perfect location!

Stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days with my best friends. The condo was very clean and very accommodating. The view was breath taking. I was able to catch the sunrise right out of the balcony. The beach is literally walks away. They also have a indoor and out door pool which was nice for night swimming. Communication with Richard was fast and seamless. He was very nice and prompt! Did I mention he also provided beach chairs and umbrella? That came in handy since we didn't have any! I highly recommend staying here! I would definitely come back! The condo does have a parking garage which was a little confusing to find. But overall this place is a must! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Nice and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this week. All accommodations were made for our stay which was great! There are only a couple things that could've been a little better.....the mattress on the pull out sofa was not in good shape at all. My son decided to just sleep on the couch not pulling it out because it was in such bad shape. The foam piece on it was not appealing either because it was so thin. There was also a sewer gas smell every so often from the bathroom but we just kept the fan on in the bathroom most of the time. Other than these two things everything else was wonderful for our family and the kids have already said they would want to stay here again! Thank you so much for all your help Richard!

Thanks for writing and for renting out my home :) I'll be taking a look at the fixtures to make sure they continue to work perfectly and cleanly, and we will examine the pull-out sofa to find ways to make it more comfortable! Thanks again for your feedback. Richard

Amazing view!

This was a beautiful condo and very clean. We had our three kids with us and the pull-out sofa and air mattress was great! Only thing that I would suggest is a table or some chairs to sit on out on the balcony because that view is amazing. Will definitely come back to stay.

great condo!

We had such a nice, relaxing stay! The condo is lovely and had all of the comforts of home. The ocean view is spectacular! We spent alot of time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the water. The beach was very nice as well and not crowded. Richard was great to work with! He was very responsive to my questions and provided great restaurant recommendations. Thank you! We would love to stay here again!

I started out as an architect for Quiznos, but made it on a reality singing show called The Sing-Off on NBC. Didn't win, but started a group with the other contestants, and now we travel the world singing a cappella!

When we are on tour, I rent out my home.

My brother and I renovated the 1 bedroom condo recently and are working on a dream vacation spot for the family.

We traveled to Myrtle Beach as kids for vacation. It's a fun place that's easy on the wallet and a great place for golf and food and people. I love it here! The Ocean Forest Plaza building was bought out by the HOA who takes extremely good care of the building--something we struggled to find in Myrtle Beach. Plus, it's right on the beach and the building is kept in impeccable condition. It made for an easy choice to buy the condo.

The building has an indoor AND outdoor pool and hot tub, a sauna, fitness room, on-site laundry, lobby area with seating and a coffee machine, easy parking, and a quite neighborhood. The beach is beautiful and the whole place is 10 minutes to anywhere worth visiting in Myrtle Beach!
