Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Susanville retreat. This enjoyable home offers a tranquil living room with a king bedroom & 2 full bedrooms and a office space. 1 bathroom, guests can relax and recharge after a day of exploring. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Kitchen includes a full pantry, microwave, coffee station & the cook has a gas grill & air fry oven to serve family in the designated dining area with windows all around. End your dining experience with the convenience of loading all into a dishwasher to take care of messes. Rolling 43” TV to experience all of your favorite movies & entertainment in the room of your choice. Small pets are always welcome & can play in the lawn surrounded by a white picket fence or large backyard to keep them safe. If your day has been full & cooking is not your pleasure there is a family owned steak/rib joint just a block away with Sunday farmers market, comfy shoe store, hair salon & the Grand Cafe for morning coffee & breakfast
Come stay & enjoy all that Lassen County Sierra Mountain area has to offer such as Eagle Lake, Lassen Volcanic Mtn, Lake Shasta & Lake Almanor just a short scenic drive away

Perfect Location for Hiking

We needed a quiet place for resting between hiking adventures. Everything about this home was nice. We were just minutes from hiking trails at Susanville Ranch Park and the Bizz Johnson Trail.

I grew up in this home in Susanville. I moved to Southern California in 1977 to find my way in the world & my place in it. Climbed the hectic corporate ladder after college in a great position which took me traveling the USA. After 7 years, I wanted to see the rest of this beautiful world & was hired by an international airline where I found my passion for 34 yrs. During my flying, I discovered a new adventure of pearls & began a business of designing pearls as The Pearl Girl. This home where you will be staying has been recently renovated in honor of my parents who passed many years ago & it became mine after buying my siblings part of this magnificent place in the historic area of this friendly wonderful town where there are loads of adventure or a place to hang your hat & relax on this peaceful tree lined street.

This area of Susanville is the best part of the old historic part of the town. I love the old architecture. Just sitting on the front yard surrounded by beautiful pavers & white picket fence you will feel the vibe of what makes living in a small town so very different from the rest
