House was immaculate and so well prepared for our stay. Communication with Quin was outstanding, and the snacks provided were a great touch. Only thing I wish it had was a gas grill. Would definitely stay there again!

Good size clean home for families. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, ample towels and toiletries. Fenced backyard is great for pets and children. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Also nice to come into a cool house on a hot day. Certainly recommend!

This was our second stay. Everything was great again. Nice backyard to relax and have coffee in the morning while our dog played on the grass. Location is great its close to the stores and the casino is a mile or two down the street. We will stay here again next year.

The home and property were great! Note that it is a duplex, although we never heard the neighbors. The location was quiet in a suburban neighborhood. Very clean, 2-car garage, kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed and snacks too.

The house was super clean, everything was well stocked. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, super easy to find. QUIN was quick to respond to any questions, and also shipped us something we had forgotten there.The backyard was awesome for our dog. The heating and air air-conditioning worked great, very comfortable.We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was at the top of the list. Definitely recommend and will return. Thanks again.

The pictures in the listing do not do this place justice. It is very cute and clean inside and the first thing we all commented on was how fresh the house smelled. I am really glad that we chose to stay here as opposed to a hotel. The kitchen was well furnished and we were able to make our meals here instead of going out to eat. There aren’t many restaurants in Susanville so the option of being to eat in worked much better for us. Quin has been a great communicator and we really appreciated the little touches like the snacks that were left for us when we arrived. We are hoping to book again next year!

The homeowner was easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and organized. The beds were comfortable and well-stocked. They even have coffee cups, soaps, and shampoos. We were very happy with our stay.

This home was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances, bedding, towels, extra toiletries in case you forget yours. There is a very clean two car garage. There was a large assortment of snacks available for us. In addition, lots of coffee and tea supplies. We stayed here for four days while we prepared for and put on a wedding for our daughter. The large living room and couch was able to accommodate a number of friends and family stopping by to visit. The large table and counter space allowed me to make 30 flower arrangements. I was able to easily reach the host when I wanted to add an extra day to our stay and he got back to me very quickly when I had a question. If I need to stay in Susanville again, I would definitely stay in this house. I highly recommend it to others.
