This amazing villa is located in Fiddler's Cove the perfect location for families, couples, or small group looking for a wonderful Beach Getaway. An easy 5 minute walk to the Beautiful Folly Field Beach 3 blocks away. Bike rentals, restaurants, a poolside bar and sports bar, are located just across the street!

Open kitchen plan with dining area and living room. Pull out sofa offers additional sleeping space.

60inch flat screen in living room is perfect for movie nights relaxing in the comfortable living room

Nice third floor condo. Quiet setting. Close walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Online description and photos are accurate. Would stay there again.

Winter getaway

Hilton Head is a beautiful island with a lot of great restaurants and things to see. We visited in February, so the weather was still a little chilly (some mornings as cold as 40 degrees), but we were able to be outdoors regardless. The pools were closed for swimming, but we could sit on the deck and use the hot tub. Our unit was in a good location to everything, although the view shown in the photo is not the view from our balcony. Not pool view, just trees and buildings. Access to the beach was really close, and a short walk to pools and pickleball courts. The unit could use some updating, bathrooms in particular were old and the kitchen table was extremely uncomfortable. Plenty of room to lounge in the living area. We weren't there to stay in the condo, so the location was the most important thing and this unit was less than 15 minutes to practically any restaurant, bar or activity we planned.

The outlets in the master and guest bath and at the wet bar did not work. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. I messaged the host, Steve, who never responded to acknowledge the message. The blinds were torn in both bedrooms. There was wall damage in the guest room. The master toilet was not clean and there was a layer of dust on the bathroom wall shelf and towel rack. The couches had slip covers on them to cover up soiled upholstery but the slip covers were also worn. The pictures depicted the unit in much better condition. The thermostat would not go lower than 72. We will not rent this unit or from this property management again.
