This place was so nice! Exactly as advertised and even better in person. It’s a great location to the strip and quiet with plenty of privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Be aware when booking, you get the casita in the back and owner stays on property. They micromanage everything during the stay including access to the iPad that controls the spa, music and wifi. I would never rent again from this host. House was clean and pool was beautiful but not worth the price and lack of privacy you get.

To the contrary, host owners beware of guest request to reserve stay.Guests stated only 2 guests for reservations but instead reserved for only to host a party of more than 15 guests on property premises. Property owners occupy as a second home.Neighbors called owners to complain of excess cars parked on street which caused owners to arrive on scene due to mandatory Clark county regulations! Guests violated all house rules and had no intention to occupy vacation stay as mentioned on messages back and forth with guests.Guests were deceitful in reserving vacation stay and failed to read property description, rules and regulations.

We did not stay at this property. Prior to check-in, we identified material discrepancies between the listing and the property as represented, including the bedroom count and amenities. We attempted to resolve the matter directly, but the reservation was not unwound, so we made alternate arrangements and pursued the matter through our credit card issuer.

Guest booked reservations months prior but did not read the full description of property bedroom details. After throughly reading details , guests decided to cancel reservations. Property description is very clear and have no discrepancies.

Had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party there and the backyard is perfect for friends and family to have a good time. Plenty of areas for sitting. The house was perfect for what we needed it for. And so much parking available.

Grad party.

Nice pool & jacuzzi. A lot of amenities! Plenty of towels, I hosted a party so that came in handy! Owner was able to communicate with me when I needed assistance with anything. They let me check in early as well.

So much fun!

It was amazing! It was my daughters 21st birthday and we were able to have fun without worrying about upsetting a “rental business” like we’ve experienced in the past! Great communication too! I wish we had the key for the fire pits above the pool! That was a main reason for selecting this house. But we didn’t get to use it. We did use the other fire pit which was a blast!!! Great location to the strip and shopping!

Large Backyard & 2-BR Casita

We had a good stay here for the most part. They let us host our baby shower in the backyard and the casita was pretty roomy. We knocked off a star for a few reasons:1) The shower drain was pretty slow and water would splash outside the curtain making a mess.2) We could not connect to any of the speakers to play music in the backyard. The host was pretty responsive and tried to give us instructions, but I wish somebody could have helped us physically because we had no music playing at all during our gathering. Neither of our phones (iPhone and Android) could connect to any of the speakers.3) The pool was advertised as heated but we were not allowed to turn it on during our stay, which would have been good to know before booking. Being pregnant, I would have really appreciated being able to go in a heated pool because I can't go in the jacuzzi so it was a little bit disappointing. I highly suggest doing the walkthrough of amenities because we did not get a chance to do so since we got in so late our first night. Overall, our experience here was positive. There's just a few things that need to be improved, but other than that, check out and check in was pretty smooth.

Glad to hear that your stay was successful, to protect the integrity of listing , even though you checked in late you had opportunity to do walk thru on next day prior to event. Due to weather inclement pool is seasonally except for spa . Guests were provided a handbook to operate all amenities but unfortunately not understood.

Micromanagement

Due to VRBO giving a character limit I will keep it brief. We asked if the big gate was available for us to pull into so we can unload, host said yes but u need a code. We tried the codes given to us and it did not work so when I texted the host letting them know, instead of READING my message to give a proper response to assist us. They send the copy and paste check-in instructions. Since I knew he didn’t comprehend my question I attempted to call, went straight to voicemail so I assumed it was a fake phone number. I sent him my phone number asking if he can call me because I needed assistance, took10mins to call me and when he did he had an attitude. He stated “If you read the directions it explains how you can get inside.” I explain the code did not work for the big gate, unfortunately I can’t go into detail due to the limit because I have a lot to say about this listing but long story short couldn't use the gate.Next, firebowls is first two hours free anything after is 50/1hr which is fine. The second we turn them on we receive a text, “GAS ALERT, cannot use firebowls too windy ty” We cut them off and ask how to turn on the hot tub, sadly they have a remote that they keep inside so you cannot use the hot tub when you desire. You have to text requesting for it to be turned on, don't like that either. He was upset that I forgot to text him to turn the spa off but I'm hosting and forgot.he bugged me the entire time about fire bowls, and the spa. Wish I could say more, sorry

This place was a lovely place, the host was very nice and attentive but there is a catch to this property. You are not getting the entire ‘property’, you are in the pool house or guest house in the backyard of the hosts property/main house. Now we did have complete privacy and no one bothered us but it was off putting because we thought we had the entire property not just the guest house in the backyard. To get to the house you are staying at, you have to pass the main house with multiple windows and someone, not sure if it was the host family or another renter, was on property the majority of our stay. it was a lovely property and the pools/backyard was absolutely beautiful, the home we stayed in was beautiful and very clean and very close to the strip/downtown but it was misleading. we thought we were getting the whole place not an additional home on the property.

Unfortunately guest did not read properly description carefully , there is no misleading information , As guest mentioned accommodations is totally private with pool and backyard .
