Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home.

This home is located 5-10 mins from shopping centers, restaurants, gyms, pet and child daycares, community sport courts, local parks and hospitals.

20-30 mins from Bush Gardens, Downtown, ZooTampa, Tampa Airport, Cruise Port, Ben T Davis Beach, Raymond James Stadium, Hard Rock Casino, Hillsborough State Park and more.

Only 1hr 30min from Disney, Universal, Sea World, and Lego parks.

You will also have a full well equipped kitchen with blender, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, baking sheets, and pots and pan.

The property has 2 cameras, one located above the garage looking onto the driveway and the doorbell camera is next to the front door that looks at the front entrance. The cameras will be ON during reservations and record video and audio if motion activated.

There is a mother-in-law suite attached to the house, which I occupy. It's completely closed off from the rest of the house. There are no entrances between the suite and the house or even the backyard so you'll have complete and private access to the entire house and backyard.

A small section of the driveway will be separated and occupied. Your section of the driveway will be large enough to accommodate up to four cars.

Great property, extremely happy with having an alarm on the pool gate since we traveled with little kids. Only concern was, while the locks on the bedroom doors were great for privacy, it was a concern for a fire hazard in the event one wouldn’t be able to alert someone in a room at the time. Otherwise, would totally stay here again!
