3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly updated home. Our home is directly behind CoxHealth Medical Center and near Medical Mile. Minutes from Mercy Hospital, Missouri State University, grocery stores, and well-loved restaurants and cafes. Access to bus line and freeways within a couple of minutes.

Whether its resting in our comfy bedrooms and living room, cooking in our stocked kitchen, or enjoying the weeping willow tree on the deck in our fenced backyard, our place covers it all. Pets are welcome.

This propeety was immaculate! Plenty of space for our needs for a quick trip to Springfield for Family Weekend at Mo State. Loved the back deck for early morning coffee sipping. Great location.

This is one of the finest rental properties I have ever stayed in. To rate it a 10 out of 10 is not high enough. The property owner has gone way out of their way to ensure that your stay here is absolutely perfect.

Great shirt stay

We work in Springfield frequently. Could not find a decent hotel our last stay, so gave this a shot. It was PERFECT. The size, layout, location, everything. It was very clean and great work spaces for when we were not visiting clients. We think we found our SWMO home base and intend to stay again!

This property is awesome, beautiful home, Wonderful deck to sit outside and enjoy nature (two groundhogs kept me entertained on hillside outside yard), very nice hostess that responded immediately to my needs or questions (Springfield had a tornado touch down while I was there). Will definitely stay here again

Perfect

This is the perfect home , perfect location. We all had a great stay at this beautiful home, and our boys ( dogs) had a great time in the fenced in yard. Great check in and great communication. This place is all you need ,,, home away from home.. Thank you guys very much.

beautiful home and backyard!

We were there over thanksgiving and everything was great! We even used the stove and oven to prepare food and everything worked perfectly. Looks like the house has been redone inside recently.
