Great location and house

Had a wonderful time and Kristie our host was fantastic. The house was well stocked with supplies we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house was located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great house and perfect backyard.

We stayed at this property for a week and it was perfect. The house is well laid out, very functional and comfortable. The backyard is great and we ended up using it every day.

Wonderful stay!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The home was absolutely beautiful — spacious, welcoming, and filled with warmth from the moment I walked in. What truly set this stay apart were all the thoughtful touches and little extras that made it feel so special. Trip with dogs and grandma

Great yard, especially for our dogs. Nice, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for dog walking. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The ceiling fans were appreciated and a great addition to the air conditioning in the hot weather.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kristie’s home this weekend! From the moment we booked, Kristie’s communication was outstanding—she provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, making everything completely stress-free.The house itself was spotless and so well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches for kids—there were toys, games, and plenty of supplies that made traveling with little ones so easy.The backyard and pool area were exceptional! The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and there was more than enough space for our dog to run and play safely. We wanted to be in a neighborhood for the holidays near our friends, and this house could not have been a better home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was available and we were able to also bring our dog and enjoy the yard.

Mesa Magic

This was our first VRBO in the Phoenix area and we had a great time around the town. This property is located in an area that offers quick access to all of the major road networks to get about the city (although after about 3 weeks we learned how to take major side streets to get about without the angst of freeway jams). The property owner (Kristie) was excellent with both the check-in/check-out process. Nice grassy area for our 2 little dogs in a great backyard. The home is well supplied with just about anything you would ever need for the kitchen and bathrooms. The "ice cream truck" even comes by this street on Friday evenings between 6:30-7!! Kathy and I would definitely book Kristie's home again when we head back to the Phoenix area. Cary & Kathy Mathes

Absolutely fantastic!

TL;DR Everything was great.My son competed in a track meet held at Mesa Community College. We were lucky enough to stay at this listing. The house was perfectly located only 4 minutes from the college. Grocery store and and restaurants equally close. A Costco maybe 8 minutes away. The house was spacious and well appointed. We don’t like to eat out much and it was easy to cook with such a great kitchen. There was plenty of room to spread out and my son was able to nap in the TV room while my wife and I could hang out in sitting room and not bother him. The pool was fantastic for cooling off in the summer heat or enjoy the moon and stars at night. The hostess was very responsive and friendly. Even though we didn’t have any issues she promptly responded to my messages. Absolutely no complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and home!

Everything was great and when we ran into a little issue, owner as VERY quick to respond and all worked out! Small areas in main bathroom - baseboard and floor that was a little dirty/icky, but otherwise all was great!

We went for a last minute visit with family. The property was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area. My 25 year old son, said that it was his perfect home. The details were appreciated.

Beautiful House

This house is absolutely perfect. The inside of the house is really nice, but we spent most of our time by the pool. The house was very clean when we arrived. The house is in a great location. Everything we looked up was only about eight minutes away. Dunkin’ Donuts only three minutes away. This house was perfect and we had eight people stay highly recommend.

Excellent house, location and host

Five people including ages from 10 to 70’s thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard was a huge hit. Every room was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and there was a huge selection of towels for bath and pool. Perhaps the best amenity was the responsive of Kristie. I don’t think you could find a better host.

Best vacation

Kristie is the best host and has thought of everything that you'll need for your vacation. Our 2 rottweilers enjoyed the house as much as my husband and i did. Location is great house was great. Can't think of anything negative to say. One of the best vacations we've had. Can't wait to go back

Best Stay Ever!

We came down to gather for our daughter’s graduation in December. We had a terrific BBQ dinner - with the fully stocked kitchen (spices as well as every kitchen utensil, pot, pan, baking dish you might need)! We just added paper plates and extra napkins! The house is so clean and welcoming and comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the climate control was spot on. My granddog appreciated the real grass to hang out on. I cannot say enough about this property and of Kristie! She is a terrific communicator and very responsive. We’ll definitely be back! Terrific property!!!
