Check in easy, great communications - very quick & answered any questions. Great location for what we needed, layout of house was perfect for us, Roku let us stream all the shows we wanted to watch. Ate out so didn’t use kitchen a lot, beds were comfortable. When we come back to visit our daughter will use again.
My wife enjoying TV & laptop.

A great stay

Absolutely zero issues staying here. The home is beautiful, big, and clean. Host are welcoming and open to communication via email and responses were timely.

Great Overnight Visit

Great house! The living room/dining room area is bigger than the photos show.....tons of space. Host was easy to contact via messaging. Close to Hartford and way cheaper than staying at a downtown hotel. Tons of restaurants nearby.

Disappointed and Concerned - Property in very poor shape

Our stay from March 27th to March 31st was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the property and several unresolved issues. Although the property was as described and the host was quick to respond but did not address the issues. The house was poorly maintained and raised serious safety concerns which were not resolved. Major Safety Violation: The doorknob on the inside just spun 360 degrees and did not open the door leaving us with only one usable exit (Rear door)– a clear safety hazard and code violation.Kitchen: Cabinet doors were falling apart, there weren't enough dishes, utensils, or cookware for even four people.Appliances in Disrepair: The freezer drawer was broken and would fall to the floor. The dishwasher was not mounted properly – it tipped forward dangerously when loaded.Plumbing: There was no hot water in either the kitchen sink or the master bathroom sink.General Maintenance Neglect:Poorly patched holes in wallsPeeling paint and tape in the showerCurtain rod in the master bedroom falling off the wallDirty, scuffed walls throughout – clearly in need of a fresh coat of paintCleanliness & Supplies: There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guest/owner, and no extra linens available in the bedrooms.Overall, this property was not ready to host guests and does not meet the basic standards one would expect when booking through VRBO. It needs serious attention and investment before it should be listed again.
