Escape to our luxurious 3-BR waterfront log cabin on the Caddo River. Perfect for 10 guests, this serene retreat in a gated community features a private hot tub, spacious decks, and direct river access. Enjoy modern comforts like a gourmet kitchen and stone fireplace, blended with the tranquility of nature. Ideal for family getaways or a peaceful escape with friends, offering both adventure and relaxation.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

WE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY
If you do not honor our NO PET policy you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $500.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

It was the perfect place to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary weekend. We had a slight hiccup with the door code but it was fixed very quickly. The weather was chilly and rainy so we enjoyed the hot tub and were glad it was covered. It would be nice if it had a privacy fence around it. The downstairs bedroom was soft and comfortable. We need to use an extra pillow at night, they were supplied but had no pillow case available. It was a fully stocked kitchen and had nice appliances. Couches were starting to show signs of wear but still comfortable. The digital thermostat on heat would only go to 74 and the downstairs was cold especially the floor in the bathroom. The upstairs was hot. I was confused because on looking at the cabin on vrbo it said you didnt have to do any cleaning.....just head back home, but in the kitchen was a list of things "to do" like stripping the beds, gathering towels, starting a load Laundry, running the dishwasher and taking out the trash. I did all of those things because i was afraid if we just left to go home, we would be charged extra and this cabin was already pricey. We slpured since it was our Anniversary. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The check in process was not simple because the instructions given were not correct. Overall, check in process took around 30 minutes and had to resolve issue with property manager. There was trash all over the grounds of the property from previous guests. It appeared that no one cleaned up after previous guests. There were misleading check out instructions on Vrbo. On the listing, it stated that there is “Nothing you need to do, just drive home safely!” However, this was not the case, and there was a significant list of check out instructions from the host.
