This bright and comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath unit is designed to feel like home. It features fast Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TV’s (living/bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer — perfect for both short stays and longer beach getaways.
Start your mornings with salty ocean air and a walk along the shore, then explore everything the New Hampshire Seacoast has to offer. You’re just minutes from Rye’s local restaurants, coastal trails, and scenic drives, and a short drive to historic Portsmouth, NH — known for its vibrant waterfront, dining, shopping, breweries, and arts scene.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The property was spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed which made cooking easy and convenient. The location was perfect for relaxing and walking at the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish - responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

There was a few from the kitchen window. There would have been a nice view from the deck, however because of the rain we did not to enjoy the view.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful location. Bungalow very cute. Comfy bed. Huge kitchen….not that we cooked! Everything was there if you are inclined to cook. TV was a bit of a challenge but that wasn’t a big deal. Very good communication with host.
