Encanto is a newly built 3-bedroom tropical boho cottage with two king beds, set 1 mile from Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

Our host was amazing, quick to reply. The house was extremely clean and fresh. They thought of everything a guest would need to make their stay comfortable. The area was safe and convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Darling place in St. Augustine

This place is cute, cute, cute. It's well-appointed with new furnishings and a cohesive look. The check-in and checkout process was easy and they left items that people often forget. Nice touches. While it is by a marina, it would be a challenge to walk there. It's sandwiched between two busy roads. We would recommend having a car if you choose to stay there as it's not really walkable to attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway!

This was a dual couple trip for us and the home was perfect. Bedrooms were on opposite sides of the home so neither had to worry about talking quietly or anything like that. Everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing, so many tiny sweet details really mattered from the items provided in the kitchen and bathroom to the laundry room. They really thought of EVERYTHING. This was the first time I went to a rental and was super satisfied with their accommodations. I will 100% book again.

Relaxing Retreat & Gracious Getaway

Encanto is a charming home decorated in a subtle tropical/cottage boho manner. The home felt spacious and was extremely comfortable for our family of 5 adults (all 17+), but there is also plenty of room in the backyard for little ones to play and release their energy. The location of this home is quite close to all primary destination activities in St. Augustine with each only being a 5-10 minute drive away, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed preparing our breakfast and supper meals at the home each day and even popped back during the day to take breaks or eat lunch because the location was so convenient. Would highly recommend this home for your next St. Augustine visit.

Everything you could want plus more!

Our stay at Encanto was wonderful! The house is very clean and has everthing you could possibly need plus more. Every time I thought of something I needed or wanted, I found it. The hosts truly thought of everything. Our family had never been to the area and I had a few questions regarding the area, things to do, etc. and the hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They provided tons of information and even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.Plus the home was cozy and comfortable with even having Christmas decor and a Christmas tree, which was nice for our holiday stay. I highly recommend staying at Encanto!

What drew us in was the unique blend of history and modernity—homes that are over 100 years old sit alongside brand-new modern builds like ours. The neighborhood is also across from a marina, adding to the charm. You can easily cross the road to enjoy marina views, adventure to delicious food trucks, and watch breathtaking sunsets over Oyster Creek while occasionally seeing fish jump out of the water. This peaceful yet vibrant location is one we simply couldn’t pass up.
