First and foremost, VRBO lists all properties with a blue notation next to price "all fees included". This is false advertising, as 200 of commission and cleaning were "added". No response from them when inquired. False advertising and sneaky. Will never use them again.Condo info was accurate. However, the lighting in the bedroom was insufficient and only included a weird light fixture above closet. There is 1 lamp on 2nd night stand which did not work nor was accessible because the king bed blocked both dresser and walkway. Making one side of the bed inaccessible.The biggest issue was the property itself. Construction with beeping machines, landscaping work, beach access with 2 stairways that were both blocked due to construction. Cleanliness of grounds, spit in elevator, both fresh and old blood stains leading thru main area to the elevators left for a few days. A big coffee spill left for days at elevator entrance. NO recycling bins(?) Poorly run property management.Only positive comment is a guy named, Rafa on property. His hours varied as he ran concession booth (?), but he was able to assist me with luggage storage and where to shove the recylcing under a locked gate, (utterly unacceptable way to recycle or way to discourage people from doing so). Proper recycling bins should be installed AND accessible. This is mandatory. Poorly run property.
