Experience what San Juan, Puerto Rico has to offer with a stay at our terrific estate. The house is closet to everything you need malls, supermarkets, restaurants as well as the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The property is in a gated community and it has a beautiful private in ground pool with a terrace to enjoy a great BBQ day. Also, the house is equipped with a solar panel and battery back up system and 500 gallons water reserve for your peace on mind.

Host was amazing. Responded quick and on time. House was well cleaned and better than expected. Overall very happy with our stay. Only thing is the city of San Juan water was shut off during our stay so we couldn’t shower after coming back from the beach for one night. Other than that I would definitely come back.

Great stay

Everyone had a great time the house was real clean and the pool was great. Close by everything we wanted to do and nice neighbors.

Had a wonderful stay, the house way clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was accommodating in recommending places to go eat and when we left an item behind and they sent it back. Overall a great place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Ariel was an excellent host with great communication and an amazing property. The spacious back patio area, washer/dryer, games, and pool gave the family lots of fun things to do at the house. The property is about 20-25 min from San Juan which was great. Will definitely be looking to book again on our next trip to Puerto Rico .

Beautiful home

We had a great time at this property. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean. Plenty of room for my family of eight. Ariel was awesome. Planning on becoming a repeat customer.

Amazing

I can’t say enough about this rental. The central location allowed us to explore the island easily. The backyard and pool was a beautiful space and it was just what we desired for our tropical vacation. The house is beautiful and bedrooms are so comfortable. The owner of this rental is absolutely incredible! Communication was fantastic and he continued to check on us to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He also provided a lot of information about nearby stores and fun activities on the island. When I return Puerto Rico, I will return to this rental.

Carlos, sorry you've reviewed us with 2 stars. We where more than patient with you and your friend's behavior. It's sad that we offered you guys a beautiful place and you and your group trashed our place, disrespect our neighbors, damage the main gate and didn't follow the house rules. Also interesting that everyone else rated us way different and that's the kind of guests we love having in our home. Hope only the best to you and your friends and please respect other's people properties and house rules. Blessings
