Located in Montgomery, this two-level condo is a dream. Located on the third floor there are 2 bedrooms on one floor and 2 bedrooms up the spiral staircase. These include 1 king bed and 4 queen beds. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hair dryer. An additional loft space with a futon provides a cozy spot to unwind or additional sleeping space. The condo has waterfront views with space to tie your boat or swim just outside.

Other nearby amenities include many restaurants, multiple golf courses, a swimming pool, and the Margaritaville resort all within a 10-minute drive.

Update appliances

The area was great its the appliances like the coffee maker need to be replaced or just deeply cleaned.

Deceiving

Since the beginning we had issues with the codes to the condo, the pictures were not accurate either , heating wasn’t working . The host never replied when we had issues , the amenities they said they had they didn’t have it.

Brenda, the codes provided were all accurate as you were able to access the property and condo. They are only four digits and are not difficult. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please specify what photos were not accurate. The heater works and you have access to the thermostat. Had you asked for help we would have been happy assist you but you did not. We have ability to set the temperatures remotely and could have done so for your comfort. We also responded to every message you sent. We are sorry if it may not have been immediately. Please specify amenities not provided that were listed. The only item you mentioned an issue with is that there was no grill in the condo. Per city ordinances, grills are not allowed on condominium balconies in any property due to fire hazard. The grill(s) is in the courtyard of the property for all residents to utilize, including yourself.
