Everything was perfect. Clean. Comfortable just as advertised. Communication with our check in and out. Will be back and will definitely recommend.

Wasted well over 6 hours - getting golf course garage key. Company call would not return or phone call. Once I called our Capital One card to have cost reduced, a text came as I was on hold waiting for their professional to talk to Vrbo. Our bed fell in two. Called at 9 AM. Finally heard that could not get part until next day, that the two of us would have to sleep on twin beds overnight.Assistant arrived next day to fix lights that were not working. Showed him the bed. He repaired within an hour not using anything that company ordered or lied about.Informed Vrbo that neither the washing machine or oven worked.The machine produced HOT water regardless of the fact that cold was always set. Cotton clothes shrank and colors changed.The oven never maintained heat stated. Cookies either came out burnt or raw. So much for dessert or cost. Vrbo reported that would need day to get right part. I think that one was a Tuesday. New part or any notice to us arrived before we left on Saturday.Majority of window slides had one or more pieces fallen out. With short winter days, having lights and therefore us seen through windows in living room as well as bedrooms was embarrassing. The slides were worn an off colored yellow/white.The window and chair in the large living room did not provide space for 4 or more advertised and looked horrible in large room.Misc. food goes on forever. Dozen appliances, more dishes, six pans but absolutely NO pots. Enough?

Week in Lady Lakes

Booked the property for a week in mid November. Check-in went smoothly, got all the information I needed to access house and lock box for golf cart. Property is very close to pools and golf courses. House was clean with plenty of space for everyone. Interior is slightly outdated but all appliances worked fine. Had a smale problem with hot water heater pipe bursting and toilet continually running. Contacted properly manager and issues were promptly addressed and fixed with only a slight inconvenience to our trip. Golf cart ran good and was able to rake the 7 minute ride to the square a couple of times. All in all a good trip.
