Summary:

Enjoy panoramic views of the Hacienda Hills Golf & Country Club from our charming 2-bedroom property nestled within the Village of Palo Alto. Enjoy the convenience of cruising to nearby town centers, including Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing, both just a short ride away via our complimentary golf cart. Whether you're teeing off on the greens or exploring the bustling town centers, our retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for your getaway.



The Space:

In order to use amenities like Pools and Golf, we do have Lifestyle ID passes available that you can send into the Villages. The cost is $50 and it is paid directly to The Villages.



Guest Access:

Smart lock. Code will be provided. There is a video doorbell used at the front door as well.

Spacious house with great location

Loved our stay so much. Our host, Dan was great checking in with us and answering any questions we had. The house was a perfect location and had everything we needed. We want to stay here again next year

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Very well kept and clean. Everything went beyond our expectations. Dan was very helpful through the whole process. We forgot to get the golf passes and he made some phone calls and within a half hour we had the passes. I would definitely go back!!

Basic, comfortable and clean accommodations

This was a great place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in The Villages over a long weekend. We had use of a golf cart, were close to Spanish Springs town square. The property was as advertised and expected, all the basics provided and very clean. Good value for the nightly price.The property manager checked in while we were there and was quick to respond to questions.

Perfect stay!!!

The house was as advertised. Everything was perfect. Communication with the owner was thorough and the entire process was easy. Plenty of room to stretch out. Beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a lot of fun. The view of the golf course in the back yard was wonderful. Overall a great experience!!

Fun time and great communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Villages! The house was nice and in a good location. I think I had waited a little too long to fill out the golf cart waiver, so we didn't have the key when we first arrived. I contacted Dan and he had us up and running within 10 minutes. Then I forgot to turn off the headlights and killed the battery! Contacted Dan again and he was able to solve that for us too!
