The cabin offers warm, comfortable living with an open living room, Smart TV, and cozy seating areas perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen with central island makes it easy to cook meals or gather with family and friends.
Two queen bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa provide sleeping space for up to six guests. Two full bathrooms make group stays easy and comfortable.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful wooded setting. Covered front porches offer a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing, while the private yard provides space to unwind after a day at the lake or on the trails.

• Guests enter through a clean, partially finished basement entry before reaching the main living space.
• The driveway has a small incline; AWD/4WD is recommended during winter, especially with trailers.

• The wood stove is decorative and not available for guest use.

**House Rules**

• Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and the peaceful setting.

**Parking**
• Please park in the driveway only. Do not park on lawn areas.

**Pets**
• Dogs are welcome (maximum two).
• Pet fee: $85 per pet per stay.
• Please clean up after your pets. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

**Fire Pit**
• Fires must remain in the fire pit area only.
• Fires must be attended at all times.
• Please fully extinguish fires when finished.

**Grill**
• If using the gas grill, please clean it after use and turn off the propane tank.

**Septic System**
The home has an eco-friendly septic system.
• Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products.
• Please do not pour grease or food scraps down the kitchen sink.

**Property Notes**
• The wood stove is decorative and not available for guest use.
• Outdoor amenities such as patio furniture, grill, and fire pit may be stored during winter months due to weather conditions.
