Set on Jefferson Street at the edge of Germantown, Conway puts one of Nashville's most walkable neighborhoods at your doorstep. Step outside and you're a short stroll from the Nashville Farmers' Market, the brick-lined streets and acclaimed restaurants of Germantown, and the wide-open lawns of Bicentennial Capitol Mall. When the honky-tonk lights of Broadway call, a 10–15 minute rideshare drops you in the middle of it all.

This four-bedroom apartment is built for groups who want polished style with room to spread out. Two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk anchor the layout — plus a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional guests, sleeping up to ten in total. Three full bathrooms feature sleek designs and walk-in showers for easy mornings. Inside, two distinct living areas let the group split off when needed: gather around the flat-screen TV for a movie night, or claim the second lounge for quieter conversation. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped and centers on an island with barstool seating, making breakfast at home or pre-game cocktails an easy call.

The real showstopper is upstairs. A private rooftop patio opens up to skyline views, plenty of seating for the whole crew, an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals, and a fire feature for late-night storytelling. It's the kind of outdoor space that quickly becomes the favorite room — sunrise coffees, sunset cocktails, and city lights doing the heavy lifting on ambience.

The location does the heavy lifting once you're ready to explore. Coffee shops, breweries, and Germantown's best restaurants — think Streetcar Taps, The Goat, and the Sunday market crowd at the Farmers' Market — are all an easy walk. Catch a Sounds game at First Horizon Park, wander the murals around Buchanan Arts District, or hop a quick ride to Midtown, the Gulch, or the buzz of Broadway. You might pass party bikes on your drive-in, so make sure to cheer them on because having fun is part of the culture in Music City!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Great Accommodation!

This was a perfect spot for my family and I to stay. Very spacious and clean and in a great location about a 25 min walk to broadway (1.3 miles) would definitely stay again

Very spacious! It was total of 5 people 2 adults and 3 children ages 7-12 they had so much fun with board games in the living room. Very close to everything specially to Kroger which was a plus for us. Would definitely recommend it. We will be back for sure!

Great location

Comfortable space. Plenty of room and well appointed amenities. Not exactly as advertised but close enough. Gorgeous city views and close to everything.

We chose this property due to the location. We were running the Hot Chocolate Nashville race and we were 5 minutes from the race location. The condo was clean and well equipped with amenities. My only suggestion would be more dressers/ shelves in the bedrooms and towel racks in the bathroom.

The apartment was very dirty.....looked as though it hadn't been swept or mopped. There was spit or mucus or something on my bedside table. Something that looked like ketchup in 3 different spots on the couch. The window cills were full of dirt. We contacted the office and sent pictures....they offered to send housekeeping back......AFTER we had unpacked and cleaned everything ourselves.....never heard another word from them !!!!!

Not What I Signed Up For

We booked a property through VRBO, specifically for the rooftop with a fire pit. When we arrived and walked through the property, things were similar, but not the same as the photos on the listing site. It was then that I realized our property had been reassigned to a slightly smaller unit with a much smaller patio. I reached out to the property management and was told that the unit I reserved had already been booked. After 24 hours of phone calls and texts, I was able to receive a partial refund. However, it put a damper on our experience. I will never book with an Avantstay property again.
