The location is ideal—close to the Batumi airport but far enough to enjoy peace. With a 24/7 supermarket right behind the building and the ability to reach any point in Batumi in under 20 minutes, this area provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Additionally, for guests visiting during the colder months, the apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay no matter the season.
