The place was conveniently located and had a great shop right beside it that had almost everything you could need. The only problem was the elevators. Regular problems from lights going out completely to not working at all. Surprising for such a nice new building.

With a 24/7 supermarket right behind the building and the ability to reach any point in Batumi in under 20 minutes, this area provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
