Great weekend getaway, super private and peaceful location. Host was super friendly and accommodating. Only things to note is the pullout couch in the living room was broken when we went to use it and shower is a bit on the small side, the shower head isn’t adjustable so it may be difficult for some to use. Was a great value and would stay again!

Mountian Vacation

Our stay here was very comfortable. Transparent communication and easy check in. Great stay if you want a place close to Elk Mountian for skiing or snowboarding in the winter.

Beautiful Elk Mountain Hideaway

We had a wonderful stay at the A-frame! It was incredibly homey and clean. A perfect cabin in the woods and very close to Elk. Our host was extremely responsive and very accommodating. We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful private rustic home. Was there in winter it was warm and has wifi and a TV. Great property, a perfect get away. Grocery stores are about 15 min away. Had a great time looking forward to booking again in the spring or summer.

Perfection

Perfect little rustic cabin. Has all the amenities you will need with the backwoods feel. Sharief is lightning fast with his responses and even gives excellent food recommendations! Will definitely look at this place again next year.

What you would expect for a rustic cabin in the woods. Home owner very available and helpful. Would have been nice to have the campfire ready to go but I am an over zealous smore maker.🤗

Excellent place to stay

Our stay at the cabin was nothing short of magical! Tucked away in a serene location, the peace and quiet were exactly what we needed to unwind. Feels like a cabin from fairytales

We totally enjoyed our stay here! It’s a freezing cold winter day and we arrived around 5, already dark. The cabin was in the woods but with lights on and heat on. The moment we stepped in, it felt like a little winter wonderland. Cute wood structure, comfortable couches in the living room, kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and utensils. Even a BBW in the backyard! The bathroom is small but very cute. Plenty of clean toasty towels. Stairs going to second floor for a king size bed and a separate small room. The moonlight came through then window…kids believe there will be a fairy to come visit! It’s an experience for us to stay in this cabin in the woods and enjoyed the quiet night. We would love to come back again in the future!

Unfortunately this guest brought a pet to our Aframe breaking our no pet policy, which required extra cleaning. This poor review was left in retaliation even though he said the following in the private messages. "Thank you so much this weekend was great!". Please see all our other great reviews before booking ;)

This property is not far from where we live and it’s great for guests that have family on Page Lake or are attending a wedding at Longacre Farms Venue. Elk Mountain Ski resorts is also very close (11 miles or about 20min drive).

The Aframe is a perfect private cabin getaway for those that love nature, peace, and quiet relaxation! The accommodations are rustic, but with many modern updates (ac, WiFi ect).
