Elegantly furnished and streamlined, this home offers a relaxed retreat at beautiful Lake LBJ. You will love the amenities of this property including the resort location with access to top restaurants in the area and the private community pool. The kids will love the famous parrots at the resort which are only a short walk away. There is also a private dock for day use if you enjoy renting a boat or jet ski for the day.

This home is a 2 BR 2BA with an office space for work or quiet reading time. The master BR has a private bath, comfy king bed, and outdoor patio access. The spacious 2nd BR has a queen bed. The kitchen is stocked for your convenience with the cooking tools you need to settle right in. This home offers one designated parking spot out front but additional parking is a short walk away.

Come retreat at Sun’s Up and take advantage of the beautiful landscape and plenty of fun and relaxing activities that Horseshoe Bay offers.

Perfect Lakeside Stay!

We loved our stay at this cozy 2-bedroom condo right by the lake. The location was peaceful and beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described.

The place was easy to get to. Very clean. Plenty of towels, linens and blankets. Plenty of clean dishes. Great host responded quickly. Can’t wait till next time.

cute area, well decorated and very clean! Would have appreciated clear instructions on entering property. It’s a bit tricky. shower drain was slow to drain, had to add water to toilet to flush, shower head broken, WiFi didn’t work, owner showed up to fix shower head (good) but did not confirm with us before showing up (bad). The lake was practically right outside our door but it was disgusting and covered in algae so we weren’t able to swim. That was our main reason for booking, to be close to the lake and enjoy it. Would have appreciated info on jet ski rentals considering there is a row of them right at the dock and they’re pictured in the listing. Pool had cockroaches, spiders and other bugs in it. Hot tub was empty. Neighbors upstairs were loud, or maybe they weren’t but you could hear every step they took. The check-out instructions were a little over the top, felt like a maid with all the requests (run dishwasher, collect sheets and towels, etc). The worst part was how loud the AC was in the home. And I wouldn’t have minded except it didn’t cool the bedrooms properly. Even after adjusting vents. It was over all an ok stay. Wouldn’t return for the cost.
