Super decked out home in Knoxville, Tennessee located 7 minutes from UT campus, 10 minutes to Lindsey Nelson baseball stadium, Neyland Football Stadium, Thompson Boling basketball Arena and downtown Knoxville. This home has two living/gathering rooms, with the second offering a pool table, jukebox and beverage station. There is 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, plenty of room for everyone. 11 TVs throughout the house to stream all of your sports and other programs. Enjoy the peaceful property and wildlife from the deck or sit around the fire pit to keep you warm on those chilly nights. So convenient to all sports, concerts, dining and shopping desires.

ABSOLUTELY SMOKE FREE AND NO PETS. This is the owners second home, so definitely not a party house.

Great location for Gameday weekend

Stayed here for a home game at the University. Quiet, isolated area was perfect after spending time downtown and on campus. Layout of home was perfect for those that wanted to hang out or needed quiet time in the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is amazing!! Great space that allowed everyone to hang out while cooking. Check in and out was smooth. Due to quick communication with the owner we were allowed to check in a bit early.

Fun but still a disappointment

Very odd configuration of the house. Enjoyed the pool table room in the back of the house. They should have cleaned the excessive amount of leaves off of the decks and the chairs. The chairs on the decks were too filthy to use. The major problem was that one of the toilets did not work and was not repaired after we reported it.

Incredible home in a park-like setting

We spent a long holiday weekend with our family of adult children and a baby and chose this house for the location close to UT. It was convenient as our daughter is a senior there and we attended a football game. The house provided enough beds/bathrooms for all 6 adults to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. We used the gas grill for a cookout. The game room/rec. room was amazing! A lot of TV's and we used the pool table as well! The house is set upon a small hill and surrounded by trees. It was very private. We would like to suggest more pillows to be provided and maybe a larger kitchen table. We moved some bar stools up to the table to allow for more people to dine together. We really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to book this house in the future!! Highly recommend!

I was born in Arizona and raised in southern California. I attended college in Riverside and then embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. My success in this field would allow me to rise to be both a general manager and later corporate trainer for well-known restaurant chains.
Looking for a change, I decided to move to Florida and get my real estate license. I am now settled in the Daytona Beach area with my nephew Greyson and our 3 pets.
