*** Boat cannot be moved from the slip*** Spectacular houseboat with brand new renovation! Enjoy a stay at downtown Knoxville walkable to Neyland Stadium, Thompson Boling Arena, Civic Coliseum, and all that downtown offers! (Please note...boat cannot be moved)
Enjoy the natural scenery and the tranquility of the Tennessee River while being close to all the action! This newly renovated houseboat offers 4 staterooms with 2 full bathrooms.

My goal is a 5 star review with this beautifully renovated 76' Lakeview houseboat! Everything was touched from ceiling to floors to offer guests an amazing experience that is better than home! The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances, Keurig and drip coffee maker with special touches at every turn. The main living area (salon) has reclining leather furniture and a 55" smart TV. The master bath and guest bath have both been updated with granite countertops, new fixtures, tile floors, and plenty of amenities.
The rooftop deck has two easily accessible entrances (forward and aft) for watching all the beauty of the Tennessee River. Enjoy dinner with family and friends while taking in a panoramic view of the water. (You can't get that with a condo downtown!)

The boat is located adjacent to the other one that I have available at the gated Volunteer Landing Marina which is known for it's central location and family oriented, friendly residents.
***Swimming is not permitted from the boat or within 100 yards of the marina per TN State law.
***Please note: NO parties or large gatherings, loud/obnoxious behaviors are permitted on the vessel. Boat is to remain docked and cannot be moved by guests.

The marina is within walking distance to Neyland Stadium, Thompson Boling arena, Lindsey Nelson Stadium, Civic Coliseum, 2 adjacent restaurants, and the University of Tennessee. Pontoon rentals are available at the marina.
The extensive Knoxville greenway is adjacent to the marina and is an excellent location for walking, running, and dog walks.
***Pets are permitted with pre-approval only. They must be flea/tick free, not permitted on the furniture or bedding, completely house trained, and not left alone on the boat unless crated and nonbarking. The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay, maximum two pets, depending on size.
The accommodation may not be suitable to young children and parents are strongly encouraged to ensure they are closely monitored.

If you need a place to stay in Knoxville, this is the only place to stay. The accommodations were incredible including the mattresses along with the bedding . The house boat was so relaxing and the location is perfect.

We had a great time on the houseboat! We were in town for a concert with our daughters. The girls had a great time hanging up top watching the sunset/sunrise. The boat was clean, well stocked with plenty of dishes and towels. The golf cart and dock cart were a great help while loading and unloading. I loved the safety with the gate on the dock. We would stay again!

Perfect Location

We had a group of moms and daughters stay for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Perfect location, and the houseboat was great for the girls to hang out and relax in downtime!

Vol Landing/Vol Navy is the best place for game day, and Big Orange is a GREAT choice. The boat was clean and spacious, ready for check-in, and the hosts were communicative. The parking passes provided were very useful as some friends drove in from Nashville, and it was simple to get everyone in and out.5 stars. Go Vols!

Amazing Listing!

The houseboat was super clean and updated. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. Very safe and secure location close to UT. The gated entrance was comforting to us as well. We will stay her EVERY time we come to Knoxville!

We had 6 adults here for a family event. The location was serene with beautiful sunsets. It was not a UT game weekend, so it was quiet.Beds were very comfortable, but don't expect hotel convenience. It's a boat. So the bedrooms are small, some with limited overhead room. But it worked for us.The common areas were spacious, perfect for hanging out. Its was a great choice for a special family event. The owners were helpful with good communication. Having the golf cart made getting groceries and getting to the car easy.And you can walk to Ruth Chris's for happy hour.

Spent weekend for UT-ETSU football game here...we brought our two small dogs and were very happy the location is dog friendly. Check in was fairly easy and straight-forward. Golf cart helped alot in getting our bags/supplies to the boat. House boat was super clean and updated...really nicely done. Amenities as expected...all nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable (and I rarely say that about any VRBO property)...we all slept very well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the rooftop is fabulous. We enjoyed having coffee on the back deck and watching the river. Property comes with golf cart and-luggage cart (pull). Both are very handy and appreciated. Walk to boat isn't far at all. There is green space for walking dogs at end of dock. Ruth's Chris and Calhoun's are very walkable for dinner. Walk to Neyland is maybe 25 minutes. Everyone at marina was friendly and helpful. Towels, sheets/bedding all supplies and very fluffy and comfy. Had a small issue understanding the the toilet system, but, once owner called and explained, was easy. Plenty of hot water for showers, cooking and laundry (great water pressure). Even had DoorDash order bring dinner one night (met them in parking lot). Very easy.Overall, boat is perfect for gameday, concert or just a weekend away. Plenty of space for everyone, bathrooms are well-equipped and kitchen has all of the necessary dishes, cookware, etc. Wifi was good, owner communication was perfect and boat is a unique stay. Well done!

Yes on both the laundry and safety. Parking was a little further than expected but the golf cart helped. Very enjoyable stay. We’ll be back next time in Knoxville.

This was the best trip that we have been on. Our first on a houseboat and we are counting down the days until next year when we can book it again. You are close to everything but you wouldn’t know it with how peaceful it is on this beautiful houseboat! We enjoyed the top of the boat on a beautiful sunny day and the beds slept amazing! The boats were phenomenal and very responsive.
